Cet hôtel est incroyable, le personnel très attentif, rien à redire, les chambres sont belles et propres. Je recommande à 100%!!

房間設施還可以，床品舒適，泳池是恆温的，但很小，早餐是菜單式，味道和食材都不錯，每天會有細微的區別。有夜床服務，每天會送不同的睡前禮物，風景也很nice，正對火山。唯一不足的是提行李要收費，另外從停車場到酒店要走很遠，每天都是爬上爬下，腿腳不好的甚選

Het was echt perfect. En vooral de aardige mensen die er werken het personeel dat je altijd ophaalt en vooral meneer Pendang heel erg bedankt.

設施：入住時洗手間桑拿設施壞了，浴缸熱水一直上不來不能泡浴缸。 衞生：衞生打掃還是相當不錯的。 環境：環境還是要吐槽一下，地理位置相當不錯佔了整個懸崖，但是距離遊輪的穿梭小船太近太近，遊輪排出的廢氣會飄到我們酒店，導致空氣質量特別差，無論是泡私人浴缸還是私人泳池都要忍受廢棄味道。有點像對着汽車尾氣在泡澡，嚴重影響體驗，覺得酒店這一點配不上幾萬的價格。但是風景還是相當優美的，看風景不錯。 服務：服務過關，但我住過同級別上萬一晚的酒店，對比下來還是覺得這個酒店配不上上萬一晚的價格。提供豪車免費接送服務，這一點還是很不錯的。前台和服務人員感覺專業上不如中國大陸同級別上萬一晚酒店的服務人員專業。但是總體島上大概也是比較chill的風格所以應該是普遍情況。 個人認為我的評價非常中坑客觀，由於住過很多高端酒店，對酒店要求高，因此對比下來這個酒店整體沒達到預期。不過每個人心理預期不一樣，所以我的評價僅供參考。

Perfect gem with 9 beautiful suites. Perfect service by Antonis and his wonderful team. Every morning sunrise and evening sunset views were breathtakingly stunning! Will definitely stay again in the future!

去之前和酒店的聯繫就靠郵件，因為我們這裏上不了WhatsApp,他們用不來微信。所以有啥問題就給酒店發郵件，回覆還是很快的。 聖島上的房子基本都是酒店或民宿，出租車一般都不能直達門口。最好讓酒店聯繫機場接送，價格是40歐（好像旺季會上浮）這樣到了司機會和酒店聯繫派人來接。 酒店位於費拉小鎮比較中心的位置，離商業，汽車站很近，去伊亞鎮也很方便，乘車半個小時就到了。 這個房間衹有一個洗手間＋淋浴室，所以一家三口住還是可以的。梳化床放出來還是蠻大的，但是走道就會變得很窄。整個衞生間比較緊湊，多一個人都會覺得有點擠😂😂具體可以看一下視頻 早餐非常豐富，雞蛋，麪包，小漢堡，三明治，可頌🥐，水果，cheese餅，希臘酸奶，橙汁，茶水，每人一份，吃都吃不完。重點是，它家的餐廳正對着愛琴海，一般享受早餐一邊看着美景，無敵了😊

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

酒店員工非常親切有禮！酒店有一條小路通往Oia，步行約10分鐘左右。 唯一一個缺點是如果你剛下飛機帶著很多行李再選擇乘坐當地公共巴士前往酒店的話會較為不方便，因為下車後要走一大段馬路旁的斜坡或樓梯。

Het hotel is mooi en ligt op het oosten. Het is geen hotel direct aan de klif, maar je kunt er wel de zonsopgang bewonderen. Het ligt vrij dicht bij verschillende kerken met blauwe koepels in Fira en er zijn veel restaurants op een paar honderd meter afstand. Het hotel heeft ook een eigen restaurant, hoewel de menukaart niet erg uitgebreid is. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, maar de ontbijtruimte heeft geen airconditioning. Tot slot is het belangrijk om te weten dat er geen zoetwatermeren op het eiland zijn, dus al het drinkwater is ontzout zeewater; het kraanwater is erg zout. We hebben flessenwater gekocht om te drinken.
