"It's a great hotel. Keeps up to the Shangrila high standard. It's slightly away from the busiest part of the city but close enough to walk on a fine day. It's right next to the huge K11 shopping mall. Unfortunately it's very empty with low traffic so it's not a nice place to shop or hang out. That's a disappointment. Hope things will get better."

"Great location within walking distance to Ningbo high speed railway station, nice parkland close by for an evening walk after work and some very nice local and popular restaurants nearby. It’s a very nice hotel, the businessrooms are nice and large and comfortable. Had a lot of trouble getting internet connection, service staff using google translate to send voice message over the phone, surely some simple instructions for foreign guests would do the job. I had to call the service desk 3 times. In the end one of the staff came to my room and sorted it out, she was nice and helpful. The breakfast was vast and good. Nice dining area environment."

"Stayed at The Westin Ningbo on a quick business trip and found it a practical base: right in the CBD, steps from Tianyi Square for dining and last‑minute errands. The room was comfortably sized and quiet, which made overnight rest reliable after meetings. I could keep everything on‑site with Seasonal Tastes and the Chinese restaurant for client meals. Although the hotel isn’t the newest, and I think some areas need to be refreshed, service was attentive, and the location is hard to beat for business in central Ningbo."

"The hotel design itself is amazing / rooms are big, quiet, huge windows- well equipped. Lumi and all her colleagues were clearly amazing - one of our guests woke up late, they arranged a little breakfast takeaway box. We were offered coffee while waiting for him. "I couldn’t leave! The views ,the beautiful spacious rooms! A 10/10 from me. It is absolutely perfect for a photoshoot, I took so many nice photos. I had such a great experience, the staff is really friendly. When I ordered food they sent it to my room immediately after delivery. Communication with the staff was flawless , they used a translator, others can speak English.Fast and quick check in process . Xinyi was so nice, very helpful. Breakfast was good, but hopefully there can be more western food in the restaurant. There’s a big shopping mall next to the hotel, walkable distance which makes the location even more convenient. I highly recommend this hotel."
