Fantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

房間在山腰，位置離市中心約10km,，近泥塑公園。大叻一般早上放晴下午下雨，有種恬靜舒暢的感覺，是夏天的避暑聖地。房間較小，但很用心佈置，選材以自然少污染的質材為主，住得舒服。大廚房雖然共用，但很不錯。另外有seed house，供小孩做手工畫畫的地方。裏面一草一木，一屋一燈都經過多重思考才放置的，哪怕是吃早餐的地方，房間的方向，都很有藝術融合自然的感覺。 值得一提的是，裏面的咖啡是我在越南6天裏喝過最好的

Dit hotel is zo schoon als een nieuw hotel. gezien vanuit onze kamer De huizen aan de voet van de heuvel waren zo romantisch. Het personeel was jong, energiek en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt biedt ook niet veel variatie. Het was precies goed, vooral de omelet die zo snel werd gemaakt. Ik heb het twee keer gegeten Ik ga zeker nog een keer naar dit trendy hotel. Het zwembad is mooi, maar het weer is koud. Het is jammer dat ik het niet kon gebruiken Oh, en zelfs een kamerupgrade. Bedankt dat je het doet

De locatie is vlakbij het stadscentrum. De weg in de buurt van het hotel is echter in aanbouw, waardoor het overal stoffig en lawaaierig is. De geluidsisolatie is niet goed. De hygiëne is redelijk, maar tijdens onze twee nachten was er onvoldoende drinkwater (we kregen maar één fles toen we er nog één over hadden; er hadden er twee per dag moeten zijn, inclusief douchegel). Het ontbijt was, ondanks de vele opties, niet gevarieerd genoeg voor de twee dagen. Sommige gerechten werden herhaald van de vorige dag, wat ik persoonlijk niet prettig vond. Het personeel was vriendelijk en efficiënt.

The hotel and the staff were lovely, trip.com wasn’t tho. We booked the signature room on trip.com and even the confirmation showed that we booked the signature room, somehow the booking record on the hotel’s side is the basic room, the hotel staff tried to help but there’s nothing they can do, eventually we paid extra for the signature room. Aside of the incident, we still love this hotel and they served the best noodles with different varieties for breakfast.

This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name. Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner. Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.

Other than the roadwork posing a risk and inconvenience along the entire stretch of road in front of the hotel, everything was great during our stay. The room was very clean with good air-conditioning to heat the room during the cold nights in December. The water pressure was great even though our rooms were on the 4th floor. Hot water was almost instantaneous, except the water temperature can be a little inconsistent. The bed was not hard like many of the hotels in Vietnam. Comfy bed. The young team from reception to breakfast area to housekeeping was welcoming and enthusiastic , especially a few at breakfast who recommended specialty dishes for us to try. Although the breakfast buffet was not huge, at least 70% of the selections was not repeated during our 4 days of breakfast. This is certainly something uncommon even in 5-star hotels, and is a great way for international travelers to sample a variety of dishes from different parts of Vietnam. We actually looked forward to eating breakfast everyday while chatting with some of the breakfast crew members. The only part I would recommend to improve is for the crew at reception to remember to look up and greet the guests even at night, which a few forgot to do so at times.

Alles was prima, behalve de receptie. We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen geboekt, maar er werden extra kosten in rekening gebracht voor de derde persoon. Het inchecken was laat. Om 12.00 uur zei het hotel dat ze de boekingscode niet konden vinden en het probleem niet zouden oplossen. Ze verwezen ons door naar Trip. We kregen onze kamer pas na 14.00 uur. We hadden geboekt voor 3 personen zonder extra bed, maar ze brachten extra kosten in rekening voor de derde persoon? We komen hier niet meer terug.
