Fantastic place! Highly recommended! The hotel feels brand new, with a stylish and well-designed interior. It’s located on a narrow street full of local cafes, restaurants, and bars - and just a short walk from the night market. We really appreciated the check-in process. We were offered a hot artichoke tea upon arrival, and the staff explained everything clearly - where to get filtered water, how to change towels yourself, where to find bathroom essentials, and how to open the front gate after hours. They also shared a super helpful Google Maps list of recommended restaurants and attractions. You can rent a motorbike right at the hotel, which was super convenient! Plus, they offer free shoe dryers and bananas at the reception - small but lovely touches. There’s an elevator, and thankfully it doesn’t beep loudly at every floor (like in many places!). We were also kindly upgraded from an economy room to a standard one - which included a small kitchen area with a sink, electric stove, cooking pot, dishes, and utensils. The room also had a writing desk, chairs, and a wide-screen TV. Inside, everything was spotless and smelled fresh the entire time. The bed was comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was strong, and the bathroom mirror had built-in lighting. There was also a dehumidifier in the room, which kept the air fresh and completely free of mold or musty smells. Sound insulation was excellent - despite the busy street, we couldn’t hear any noise from outside. The only minor downside (which applies to most hotels) is that you can sometimes hear loud guests in the hallway through the front door. Luckily, they didn’t stay noisy for long. Overall, a wonderful stay - great location, clean rooms, thoughtful service, and excellent value!

New Boutique Hotel on a quaint corner 5 floors in total. V clean room & bathroom. Mattress is relatively hard. Request for a topper. There is a coffee machine in the room with also free bottled water, G7 coffee and tea. I didn’t try so I cannot comment on them. I like the breakfast buffet and dessert provided in the room. the 2-4pm tea is just hot tea and some pastries. Can skip as you can get better ones at cafe. Service by Ciang at Front Office was prompt and helpful in locating shops for me. A special mention is that the Front desk is at G level which is more like a basement and bringing your luggage down is difficult. However Ciang helped me to carry. Location is far from Dalat Night Mkt or GO supermarket on foot. However, Grab saves the day and is very wallet friendly for the 7-8 min drive. I will still be back!

Dit hotel is zo schoon als een nieuw hotel. gezien vanuit onze kamer De huizen aan de voet van de heuvel waren zo romantisch. Het personeel was jong, energiek en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt biedt ook niet veel variatie. Het was precies goed, vooral de omelet die zo snel werd gemaakt. Ik heb het twee keer gegeten Ik ga zeker nog een keer naar dit trendy hotel. Het zwembad is mooi, maar het weer is koud. Het is jammer dat ik het niet kon gebruiken Oh, en zelfs een kamerupgrade. Bedankt dat je het doet

Het hotel was niet helemaal naar onze zin. Pluspunten: - Centrale ligging, dicht bij de avondmarkt en bushaltes, alles wat we nodig hadden in de buurt - De kamer werd dagelijks schoongemaakt - Extra deken aanwezig - Beleefd personeel Minpunten: - Kleine kamer. Bed tegenover de voordeur. En de lift direct naast de deur. Het voelde alsof de andere gasten om je heen liepen. - Heerlijke thee was beschikbaar op de kamer - Erg lawaaierig buiten. Auto's reden constant rond en toeterden; we hebben drie dagen niet goed geslapen. - Zeer karig en smakeloos ontbijt. Je zult geen honger lijden, maar je zult er ook niet van genieten. De koffie was erg sterk. - Er was maar één rol toiletpapier. Op de derde dag van ons verblijf was het water op en we kregen geen nieuw rolletje. De receptioniste bij het ontbijt stond erop mijn kamernummer te laten zien, ook al zag ze dat ik mijn handen vol borden had. Ik denk dat ze had kunnen wachten tot ik de borden op tafel had gezet en het dan pas had kunnen vragen.

I love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal). Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte. It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc) Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))

Omdat het een berghut was, ver weg van de stad, waren de golfbaan en het uitzicht op de bergen adembenemend. Dit was zowel een pluspunt als een minpunt. Doordat het zo ver van het stadscentrum lag, was het lastig om een ​​taxi te vinden, maar de gratis shuttlebus haalde ons op en zette ons af vlakbij de Big C Mart, wat erg handig was. Het zwembad zag er prachtig uit op de foto's, maar het water was vies, dus ik kon er niet in zwemmen.

This hotel needs a rebuild, or at least a comprehensive renovation. It's highly overpriced in its current state, perhaps still attracting guests like me by the Muong Thanh name. Almost everything is old and worn out. There is only one reachable power socket in the room, not on the bedside. One bedside table lamp had a broken inline switch, which hangs out of view, and is a shock hazard as one touches it. When I reported this, they just took the lamp away. I had to ask for a replacement again as that was the only nighttime light one can reach. The bathroom is very dimly lit, shower flow feeble, and shower gel and shampoo too little even for one person. No conditioner. Breakfast service is mediocre. Empty dishes and coffee carafe were not replenished even after 15 minutes. After someone spilled coffee, nobody came to clean it up.

Alles was prima, behalve de receptie. We hadden een kamer voor 3 personen geboekt, maar er werden extra kosten in rekening gebracht voor de derde persoon. Het inchecken was laat. Om 12.00 uur zei het hotel dat ze de boekingscode niet konden vinden en het probleem niet zouden oplossen. Ze verwezen ons door naar Trip. We kregen onze kamer pas na 14.00 uur. We hadden geboekt voor 3 personen zonder extra bed, maar ze brachten extra kosten in rekening voor de derde persoon? We komen hier niet meer terug.
