This policy, though minor for the hotel, can leave a negative impression, as a small gesture of goodwill would go a long way in enhancing guest satisfaction. - The hotel does not provide bathrobes, which may be inconvenient for guests accustomed to using them after a shower. - Nighttime temperatures can be quite low, so it is advisable to turn on the air conditioning in advance to ensure a comfortable sleep. - The rooms are compact, making this hotel a better fit for solo travelers rather than couples or families. - While it is rated as a four-star property, the breakfast selection is quite simple and limited. Guests can expect pastries, a small assortment of sliced meats and cheeses (1-2 types each), yogurt, toppings, scrambled eggs, ciabatta, a modest selection of sliced fruit, juice, and some alcoholic beverages. Hotel Perk: - Unlimited coffee is available in the lounge, which is a nice bonus for guests. - The hotel is situated in a district neighboring the city center, offering convenient access. Guests can reach the embankment and historic center within a short walk. - Upon my arrival on the first night of check-in, I received a welcome kit that included complimentary access to the in-room bar. Het ligt vlakbij een metrostation en aan de groene lijn, dus het is een zeer gunstige locatie voor sightseeing. Het ontbijt was zeer gevarieerd en erg lekker. Ik was ook blij dat de drankjes in de minibar op de kamer gratis waren. Misschien omdat het een boetiekhotel is, waren er veel spiegels in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en kamers, wat me een beetje ongemakkelijk maakte. Daarom geef ik het interieur een min 1.

部屋やホテル自体は非常に綺麗かつモダンで過ごしやすいです。しっかりシャンプー・コンディショナー・ボディーソープが用意してあったり、無料の水やお茶、コーヒーの用意があるなど、コスパも非常に良いです。 しかしサービス面で問題があります。夜中にエアコン周辺からの水漏れが起き、whatsappを通じて連絡しましたが返信まで1時間もかかりました。部屋の交換を申し出てくれましたが、もう深夜だったのでひとまず断りました。が、その後フォローアップの連絡や水漏れ箇所の確認などもなし。なんのサポートもヘルプもありませんでした。 新しいタオルはセルフサービスですが、水漏れを拭くのに使ったので次の日新しいものを取りに行ったら1つしかない、部屋の床には糞がこびりついているなど、部屋がとても綺麗で心地よかった分、サービスや問題が起きた時の対応が非常不快でした。 フロントがないので仕方のないことですが、その分問題が起きたときの対応はしっかりすべきだと思います。このホテルチェーンには二度と泊まりません。

Dit is een zeer kosteneffectief hotel in Lissabon. Het is de beste en handigste keuze voor gezinsreizen. Het heeft een koelkast, een inductiekookplaat, potten en pannen en zelfs rode wijnglazen. De inrichting van het hotel is van zeer hoge kwaliteit en elke ober is enthousiast. Een knappe man bij de receptie deelde zelfs de snacks die hij kocht met ons, wat echt hartverwarmend was! Ik verblijf hier elk jaar met mijn gezin.

Het was een geweldige ervaring om in Lissabon, de hoofdstad van Portugal, te verblijven. Het was schoon en hygiënisch, je kon water koken om te koken, er was een koelkast... Het voelde als thuis.

Er werd ons verteld dat we onze bagage in de opslagruimte (elk 2) op de begane grond konden achterlaten, maar we hebben het drie keer geprobeerd en ze functioneerden helemaal niet. Een andere bewoner vertelde ons dat zij ook hetzelfde probleem hadden. Het belangrijkste is dat het appartement niet verantwoordelijk is voor de terugbetaling van de kluisjes. Kamer is schoon en de locatie is rustig. Gemakkelijk toegankelijk zodra u de code hebt ontvangen om binnen te komen.

De kamer was mooi en ruim, met een volledig uitgeruste keuken. De locatie was absoluut perfect. Zelf inchecken en de sleutel ophalen was eenvoudig, maar het was fijn geweest als de sleutel duidelijk op de website van Ctrip vermeld stond. Ctrip gaf ook geen code voor de hoofdingang, dus ik moest zelf contact opnemen met het management. Ik parkeerde mijn auto aan de overkant van de straat en kreeg een kaartje terwijl ik mijn bagage naar boven droeg. De reden hiervoor was dat de parkeerplaats alleen voor bewoners was en 60 euro kostte.

酒店位置不在城裡，但是走路十分鐘有地鐵站可以到老城區時間不長，而且也因為不在城裡打車交通去機場之類的特別方便。酒店早餐都非常不錯種類豐富質量也可以而且服務特別好。SANA是葡萄牙當地的酒店連鎖，質量服務都蠻有保障的。酒店所在的位置就在飛機降落起飛的航網上，但房間裡邊隔音不錯，如果想看飛機拍飛機的話堪稱一絕。

The hotel is well located, nearby the Parque Eduardo VII and not far from the downtown. It has average facilities with questionable staff service, especially when it comes to front desk reception employees. In any case, pretty standard 3 stars hotel which accepts children in the same room as the parents - making the hotel suitable for families. Looking for a ironing board over 3 nights of stay was the downside, no irons available which was very disappointing. Front desk always stated they would deliver in the next morning, never came and it was rehersed - got the same excute from 2-3 different front desk employees. On the other hand the breakfast and swimming pool are good for what you pay for. Recommended for short stays only.

The host didn't email the door code to me and there was no one answering the doorbell for the first three times my friends and I tried when it's raining heavily outside that day. I called the owner and they said they would open the door but they didn't and I had to call another time so that they would actually give us the door code to get into the building. The environment around the stay is very dirty, the road is full with dog poops everyday since morning and it smells very bad. My belonging is missing in the apartment when I'm very sure that it was still in the bathroom before we left the room. I'm not sure if the cleaner broke it or something else, but I asked them and they say there's nothing they can do about it. I don't mind if they broke it i just want an explanation about why is it missing and they just ignored me, instead they just say they couldn't find the item. The cleaner cleans the room everyday, the room is clean and is a nice place to sleep overall.
