4-Starhotels in Warschau

Always wonderful. Kind , cheerful, responsive and helpful front desk agents. This is not the case in many hotels. I stay here every time I am in Warsaw at least twice a year. My favorite! Chic decor, great restaurant food , elegant waiters.  Love YOU, Royal Tulip!

The place is supreme good, near the shopping mall and Warsaw Central station. Only took under 10 minutes walk to any station to take tram or bus to old town.

WOW!! Can't believe the value for the price we paid!! It was a quiet, nice and spacious room, sparkling clean, excellent staff and service, bathroom super nice, and we also ate breakfast at the buffet, which was delicious, and had great and many choices. One of the best hotels we've ever been to. Will come again and highly recommend it.

on the first night of my stay, i was assigned a room designed for disabilities without any notice. since it was late and i was exhausted, i didn’t think much of it, but i noticed something felt off. next evening, after taking a shower, i realized the entire bathroom was soaking wet and extremely slippery that i almost fell. then i was checking my booking receipt, i noticed the room i booked was supposed to have a different bathroom layout. when i raised this issue with the front desk, they admitted that due to overbooking on the first night, they had reassigned me to a room for disabilities without informing me. this design is clearly unsafe for someone unfamiliar with it, and the hotel staff showed no sincerity in addressing the issue. what's worse, they didn't even offer an apology. instead, they simply asked me what I wanted. this is unacceptable—they failed to inform me of the room change on the first night and didn’t take responsibility when I brought it up. eventually, after I insisted, they upgraded me to their best room and offered two days of complimentary breakfast. however, all of this only happened because i demanded it—the staff showed no initiative. they really need better training. the first photo shows the fruit they sent as an apology. and the second, third photos shows the conditions of bathroom for disabilities.

Zou hier zeker weer boeken.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.

The hotel is close to Chopin airport, just took any taxi, it costs £6 to there... Good to rest in transit flight, as the restaurant serve food till 11pm, the breakfast is excellent, with fresh press carrot juice etc... very comfortable and nice layout. The facilities are family friendly, with a children area with x box to play, my son keen on playing, but ends up within 1 hour as the games no fun to him... Ha..ha... But me and husband can have a restful breakfast time.. Better to book breakfast with package as cheaper.... The free airport transfer is free for booking 6am-10am, my pm flight doesn't benefit, good to go to old town, but my jetlag put me off, only manage to go to a local supermarket (Carrefour) with Uber on a Sunday, not many supermarkets) shops open... The room is very comfortable... The toilet has no washing hand facilities but the separate shower rooms has it .... Swapping will be good for a practical reason.... It's good hotel for transit flight with everything you needs within the building... Especially for a family.

Was pleasant stay, rooms good design and clean. Breakfast good, tasty and various choices. Recommend this hotel. It is close to the city center and 2 subway stops from good restaurant Red Elephant
