Clean and good hotel

Very nice r oom

No reception and had to wait at the gate for a while but otherwise very nice apartment close to airport so very convenient for a short stay

We had a good stay overall. The two beds were comfortable enough for me and my two friends, and we appreciated having an extra pillow and cushion available. The location was also very convenient, especially since it was close to the mall, arena, and SMX convention. A few things could be improved, though. The kitchen faucet needs to be fixed as water continues to flow even when turned off. The bathroom would benefit from an exhaust fan since moisture gets trapped when using hot water. The unit could also use a more thorough cleaning, as we noticed a few small dead cockroaches on the floor and the bed headboards could be cleaner. It would also be nice to have a small foldable table and chairs for guests who want to eat inside, as well as a soap/shampoo rack in the shower.

We paid 3500 for the food sa NYE countdown, di worth it, overprice, food taste like crap and yung fireworks tinipid, yung banda naman boses ipis! Sabi na nga ba wag mag NYE sa pool area eh, overprice di naman worth it. Waste of money! Room is superb okay, buti nalang di kami nag avail ng breakfast.

Pros, friendly staff, clean rooms, and good air conditioning ng , Breakfast was good, green and calm environment in a central location, Asia Mall nearby, swimming poor, Restaurant food was good. Friendly cat Cons, I was charged over 700 paso for stains on the sheet and a pillow? I suspect this came from the numerous mosquito bits I had scratched too much and put on antiseptic cream. I have been in nearly 130 countries around the world and never had such a charge I have broken things and paid and that is appropriate I don't know if such charges are the norm in the Philippines. Hopefully not as now in El Nino for 9 nights. I will be back in Manila , bit reluctant to stay at The Henry, sad, because it's a nice place

the unit is clean & well presented. beds are big enough to accommodate 4 persons (2×2). have enough eating utensils. there is a food park down the building which is an added convenience. one let down is the swimming pool. my friends planned to take a dip before checking out but pool is not available.

Very close to the airport and really nice facilities

Zeer verwarrende boeking. Geen adres of hotel gegevens. Geen antwoord op GSM nummer alleen via tekst, ook via lokaal persoon die tracht te bellen. Boeking en afhandeling zeer dubieus. Geen aanrader als het een first time visit zou zijn, kan veel stress veroorzaken. Uiteindelijk was dit in hotel Belmont waar ik al eens geboekt heb en dit hotel is super in orde en goed gelegen. De amenities zoals tandenborstel en pasta was niet aanwezig. Met meer tijdige transparantie zou dit zeer goed zijn.
