The staff are friendly and helpful, and the restaurant on the first floor is excellent. Don’t miss their buffet lunch and dinner — both offer a fantastic variety and quality. Highly recommended!

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was bewust gekozen om de hoge beoordelingen te verifiëren. Het is een vijfsterrenhotel met consistent goede recensies, en voor deze prijs was ik maar twaalf uur in Kochi, dus besloot ik het uit te proberen om te bevestigen wat er gezegd werd. Tot mijn verrassing voldeed het hotel aan de verwachtingen. Het was erg schoon en elegant, en ze hebben een geweldig ontbijtrestaurant. Ik had er graag langer willen blijven, maar ik ben direct doorgereden naar Munnar.

Nice room, good food and nice room service. Roof top restaurant has a large projector/screen. Stayed for one night with my son.

The place was very nice, the crew also good, but we went because they promoted their swimming Pool and it was in manteinance and they did not tell us before. So we choose the hotel for the swimming Pool and we have not the opportunity to enojoy in the way that we had planned.

Ik verbleef twee nachten in dit hotel met een vriendin. De locatie is uitstekend en we konden overal naartoe lopen. Het ligt ook dicht bij het strand, dus we waren vlakbij het Chinese vissersnet en de spectaculaire zonsondergangen. De eerste reden waarom ik dit hotel aanbeveel, is het fantastische personeel. Je voelt echt hun inzet om goede service te bieden. Het onderhoud van de kamers was ook uitstekend, zeker gezien de prijs. De badkamer was ook erg schoon en de stevigheid van het matras en het comfort van het beddengoed overtroffen mijn verwachtingen. Als er al een minpuntje is, dan is het dat veel kamers matglas hebben, wat sommige mensen, waaronder ikzelf, claustrofobisch kunnen vinden. Er waren een paar kamers met helder glas en dat werd meteen vervangen toen ik erom vroeg. De koelkast was ook kapot, maar die werd ook meteen vervangen. Dit is echt wat ik ”meer dan de prijs waard” noem. Er zijn duurdere hotels, maar dit is goed genoeg! Een echte aanrader. Foto's

Blooms cochin is a fine place to stay. Located hugh in the hills it is accessible to the main road. The room was good; spacious and well maintained. Staff is very helpful. Restaurant food was excellent. All in all a very pleasant stay

It was clean and comfortable stay at Seven Heights Edappally during our Cochin visits. Room and House keeping: was clean. And additional asks were catered immediately. They have iron box table and iron box available on demand. Bathroom was neat and clean. Dental kit/ Laundry bags etc were available on demand. AC wasn’t working properly. Not cooling as per remote settings. Though temperature 20-21 felt like AC is hard corded to some 27-29. First front office mentioned something similar and engage them if it’s not working. But even after multiple calls, it wasn’t hopeful. lack of fan made it worse. One night it was okay and gave up. Restaurant: Not sure about in room dining. When I asked, they mentioned they had it before and since it’s less customers using the facility for dining. However they have ventured out the BF to some vendor and they do in the morning. Most of the guests are either getting delivery or eat out lunch/dinner and as mentioned above it’s not available. So be prepared. Luckily we had ours packed from Salkara on the way from airport. Amrita Institute of Medical Science is very close proximity about 350m 4mins walk. Lulu mall also easily accessible. Property appeared newly constructed and well maintained. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast Buffet: In the buffet board they mentioned 4 Indian items with curry combination, Bakery: Bread Jam/Butter Fresh juice, Egg items, Fresh juice, cut fruits, oats/cornflakes. I found 2/4 Indian spreads were missing than what was published menu. Upma wasn’t good. Appam curries were fine. Otherwise it was eggs were properly cooked, juice was fresh. Since it was made in small quantities and made on demand it was good. Overall good for one night stay experience.

Small little cosy resort. Very convenient location and boat jetty, waterfront, top restaurants are all very walkable and near. The room is clean, has old heritage feel and tasteful furniture. Staff is very helpful, specially Sumith was managing the breakfast crowd nicely and helping everyone. plenty of autos are around the place and do not forget to visit several cafes nearby for old world charm and tasty food. the breakfast was good too.

One day stay , excellent property , very neat , service suite s airy and well lighted . Room service can be improved . Overall very friendly checkin and good restaurant
