The family room has a large smart TV with cable and an impressive library of DVDs. Plenty of comfy furniture and plenty of board and card games await! There is a good-sized half bath downstairs and a laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer.Upstairs, the master has a queen bed, full bath, nice closet and TV. The atmosphere is sunny coastal with style-conscious kitchen and baths. The property has a fenced-in small yard with deck with table and 4 chairs, upscale grill, outdoor shower, and some beach gear for your convenience.Our property is conveniently located at the crossroads of Cape Charles - an easy walk to "downtown", the beach, and across the street from Central Park. The duplex has a covered porch to enjoy your coffee in the morning overlooking the park and a back deck with table/chairs, umbrella and new gas grill, overlooking the fenced-in back yard with outdoor shower. The kitchen is newly equipped with upscale dishes and serving pieces if you like to entertain, Keurig coffee maker, electric and stovetop teapots.
