Additional heating is provided by a space-heater to ensure your comfort and coziness. Feel free to park up to two vehicles in the private driveway, located through the alley in the back. Both entrances include a staircase in order to access the exterior doors, please keep this is mind for those in your party that might have mobility issues.The house is incredibly spacious, including a large, high end, eat-in kitchen, dining room, large living room and entry area, two large bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower combo. We include a local bottle of wine with your stay in order to elevate your experience! There are two guest rooms in the house, one holds a king-sized bed and boasts views of the garden. The other has a queen-sized bed and has a gorgeous view of one of the large redwoods on the property. There is also a laundry room area just off of the kitchen available for guest use as well.A deck is situated right off of the dining room area, making for a perfect indoor outdoor entertaining experience.Guest accessGuests will not have access to the suite upstairs on the second story of the house--it is used for host storage. We also have a basement area that is not accessible for guests. The supply closet in the house will remain locked for the duration of your stay.Other things to note-There are two surveillance cameras on the front gate where guests enter, and on the driveway.-This listing is pet friendly, and we do have a pet fee of $50 per stay.
