Refer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast. The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube. Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone. There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper. You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

Ik woonde onlangs bij de City Express Junior door Marriott in Cancun, en over het algemeen was ik zeer verheugd over mijn ervaring. Het hotel was schoon en goed onderhouden, waardoor mijn verblijf vanaf het begin comfortabel werd. Ik vond het ook leuk hoe comfortabel het was 37413; 27214; slechts een korte afstand van de winkelcentra en populaire attracties, waardoor het gemakkelijk om het gebied te ontdekken. De dienst stond ook uit, de personeelsleden waren vriendelijk en altijd bereid om mede te helpen met begeleiding of aanbevelingen. Hoewel de kamers aan de kleinere kant waren, hadden ze alles wat ik nodig had voor een kort verblijf. De voorzieningen, waaronder het ontbijtgebied en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes, werden goed onderhouden en gemaakt voor een aangename omgeving om te ontspannen. Mijn enige kleine klacht was dat de muren een beetje dun zagen, dus ik hoorde soms geluid van de hal. Maar het was niet genoeg om mijn verblijf aanzienlijk te beïnvloeden. Over het algemeen zou ik City Express Junior door Marriott Cancun aan reizigers die op zoek zijn naar een schone, comfortabele en budgetvriendelijke optie in de stad. Ik kijk uit naar mijn volgende reis naar Cancun!

　立地はＡＤバスターミナルから少し遠かったが、タクシーを使うほどではないので、キャリーケースをもって10分程度歩いたが、人によっては遠すぎると思う人がいるかもしれない。 　室内金庫の使い方の説明がなかったので、ハウスキーパーを呼んだが、英語が通じなかったので、翻訳アプリを使う必要があった。それでもわからなかったので、2回も来てもらった。嫌がらずに、来てくれたのはよかったが、1回で済まなかったので、そこが面倒だと思う人がいるかもしれない。 　一番残念だったのは、「朝食６ペソ」とあったので、期待して向かったら、150ペソと言われたこと。値上がりしたのかもしれないし、6ドルの間違いだったかもしれないが、記載事項を信頼して申し込んだのに、まったく異なっていて、「だまされた、詐欺か」と思った。この点は、速やかに直されることを期待します。

De hotelkamer was comfortabel. Had niet echt voorzieningen beschikbaar, maar er zijn winkels en een supermarkt in de buurt om wat te kunnen krijgen. De douche in mijn kamer was erg zwak voor het water dat naar buiten kwam en er was niet veel warm water, dus het water was helemaal niet warm om te douchen. Badkamer was ruim en de kamer ook. Kortom een ​​prima plek om voor een korte tijd te verblijven.

My stay at Bsea Cancun Plaza Hotel was truly memorable. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their warm and cordial efforts made the experience feel more than perfect, and their prompt and efficient customer support was commendable. The location of the hotel is simply breathtaking – being right next to the beach made it a dream destination for relaxation and enjoying Cancun's natural beauty. The proximity to the ocean, combined with the serene surroundings, deserves a perfect 10/10 for location. The staff was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 10/10 for their friendliness and dedication. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and inviting, making it an ideal getaway, which I would rate 9/10. While the restaurant could improve slightly, I would still give it a commendable 8/10 for its offerings. Overall, considering the outstanding beachfront location, the exceptional staff, and the peaceful ambiance, my experience was nothing short of delightful. I would confidently rate my stay a 9.5/10 and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Cancun!

The hotel is similar to a three star hotel but is very economical for the prices it offers. Best part was the morning breakfast buffet. They have a cook who carefully prepares omeletes and quesadillas, definitely recommend the chicken chipotle quesadillas. Buffet may not be included so you may want to double check to be sure. The living quarters were basic as well. You will have a security box, closet, small tv. They commonly clean every morning, if you don't want it to be clean you can place the do not disturb packard. Everything in the room is white, you will have a decent view of the buildings around, but the view is relaxing. Btw, it's advised to secure your belongings if you have a suitcase, this logic would apply any hotel you go to, better safe then sorry. Staff were very nice, everyone within the buffet mostly speak perfect english, but the cleaning ladies were not able to. Just something to be aware of. *** If you love starbucks, they have one at the entrance. They can't make a Barbie Frappuccino but they have most drinks similar to the aiports. I did not go to the pool of gym due to frequent travel to Xcaret. This is a hotel morentowards those who do travel versus the cost of an all inclusive. Overall, this hotel is budget friendly and the concierge/staff were very kind. Defintely worth the considering. FYI, you want to run the water for a little to get it hot. Its more between hot and warm, they could update the shower heads. Bht they give you plenty of towels they have a blowdryer aswell. Also, outlets may be an issue in the single rooms, the family rooms are well equiped. Close to the airport aswell, the drive is around 10 minutes.

That was a fair price for really good amenities. I don't know why the hotel has a low rate on some resources but my wife and I loved everything there. The personnel were amazing.
