3-Starhotels in Trieste

Could not enter building after 7 unanswered calls.  Entered throng the help of another guest and cleaning woman.  No more boutique hotels that are not manned.  Where’s the hospitality?

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau, in ausgezeichneter Lage, nur wenige Minuten vom Canale Grande/Vecchio. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Saubere Textilien. Geräumig. Einmal in der Woche erfolgt eine Grundreinigung und Austausch der Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Das Bad ist schön und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings ist nur das Allernötigste und Einfachste vorhanden. Um Standard-Artikel, wie bspw. Geschirrtücher oder Topflappen muss man extra bitten. Zudem sind die Geräusche aus der Küche leider sehr laut und stören beim Schlafen erheblich (Therme und extrem lauter Kühlschrank). Auf meine Bitte hin, die Therme nachts abzustellen, ist nichts passiert. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert, ist aber extrem laut während des Betriebs. Der Kühlschrank war falsch eingestellt und ist schlecht konzipiert. Das Kondenswasser läuft unter das Gemüsefach und sorgt durch die Anhebung dieses für eine nahezu unmögliche Schließung der Tür, die dadurch blockiert wird. Probleme wie die falsche Einstellung des Kühlschrankes oder der defekte Toilettenspülkasten wurden vom Personal zügig behoben. Teilweise könnten die Wände gestrichen werden und manche Gegenstände ersetzt werden (z. B. Besen im Bad). Das Personal kümmert sich, aber man fühlt sich als Gast nicht besonders willkommen geheißen. Es wird eine Dienstleistung für den Gast erbracht mit der erforderlichen Höflichkeit. Alles darüber hinaus wird nicht für nötig befunden. Fazit: gute Unterkunft in Top-Lage, bestens geeignet für Anspruchslose und kurze Aufenthalte. Für mich zu teuer mit diesen Mängeln. Mit ein wenig Aufwand könnte man den Aufenthalt der Gäste etwas verbessern und schöner gestalten. Schade, dass so wenig Kundenbindung betrieben wird.

17 min away from the port terminal or 8 min from the train station. The place is neat and clean. Rooms are adequately illuminated and comparatively spacious. Staff are very nice and friendly and super helpful. My friend left something in the ship and the reception staff helped to contact the ship company to report the lost. Highly recommended 👍🏼

A safe, 3-star hotel in a great location that's excellent for solo travelers. It's located near the cruise ship terminal (18 minute walk) and train station. There are restaurants, shopping, a 24-hour laundromat, post office, and grocery store nearby. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I was able to check in early; they also offer a luggage storage room. I received excellent travel advice...I was able to plan and execute a day trip on a water taxi to Muggia, Italy on my arrival day then went to Slovenia the following day. They also booked an early morning (0430 am) airport taxi for me as well. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and was constantly replenished but not a big area, again great for solos. My room on the 5th floor was a little outdated but clean and comfortable. The front desk is not open 24-hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Ottimo hotel per un weekend a Trieste: camere piccole ma ristrutturate, buona colazione. Un pó di difficoltà nel parcheggiare l'auto perché il garage dell'hotel era pieno.
