Oké.

It was nice expereience. It was neat and value for money. I recently stayed at golden orchid hotel in lucknow, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. I would rate it around 3. 5 stars out of 5, mainly due to the food hygiene and cleanliness standards, which were generally good but not without areas for improvement. The hotel’s cleanliness was commendable. The rooms were tidy, and housekeeping did a decent job of maintaining the space throughout my stay. The bed linens were clean, and the bathroom was functional, although a little more attention to detail in cleaning around the corners would have been appreciated. When it comes to food hygiene, the buffet spread was quite impressive, offering a range of local and international dishes. However, i noticed that some of the food items could have been fresher. The presentation of the food was good, but certain dishes seemed to lack the desired temperature, which could be a concern for food safety. I appreciated that the staff followed basic hygiene protocols, but the overall food experience left a little to be desired in terms of variety and freshness. In conclusion, while the golden orchid hotel offers a decent stay with solid cleanliness and food options, there's still room for improvement in both areas to make it truly outstanding.

Location is good, Property was good, but the behave of the reception was not professional. I would have reviewed 5 but due to some unprofessional behaviour I am rating it 3. They should improve the way of speaking, they ask directly to write what is the relation with the co traveller, in your policy you have given the details accordingly people stay, unnecessary don't ask it this.

Best hotel to stay with reasonable price, also food is good, good service, good cleanliness ,very soft mattress , peacefull sleep, what else you want?

The room was good and clean. But they are not providing water. They charge around rs. 30 for each bottle. We had remind them at-least 2-3 times for any service to be provided

Location is very apt in the market area. Very serene however there is no ventilation in room. No balcony no window. There is guy ram is extremely good and helpful. However food is not good. We ordered a thali and food was stale.

Thanks a lot to MakeMyTrip for this wonderful app by which i can book hotel or tickets and etc. Very convenient and easy app. With the MakeMyTrip i always prefer to book hotel in advance due to my own convenience. Again I'll suggest this wonderful app to everyone. 🙂

I have stay from dated 21. 07. 2023 to 28. 07. 2023. I am satisdy with the services. The normal room provided with clean and provided chaires and table. The food facility is also available within the hotel and served in room. The behaviour of hotel owner is exellent and treated as family member.

There are a lot of street food facilities, not good in the hotel. Service was not much better not a very good hotel in our opinion
