"The rooms are pretty old and the fittings in the bathroom were all rusted and no holders on the wall for shower handles. We picked a suite but even that had damaged faucets in the wash basin area. Guess it’s time to renovate as it wasn’t a very economic one as i had paid 3800 for a night bichulal i guess it’s too low for a night. However it is good for a 1800 to 2000 max range"

Room no 113. aminities are good, excluding AC. poor working condition. check out procedure was too horrible. i was checked out before 7am due to an emergency. at the time of check out staff ask me to wait there. they need to check my room. there is no value for my time?. this is my first time experience. i am not feeling good. i can understand, it may ur policy matter.iam assuring, that is not comfort for me. also for others. i feel i was insulted there. take necessary actions instead of these type of policy. best wishes. thanks"

"The location of the hotel was on point.. we were able to travel very easily from and to airport. We had a good big room with good amenities like bath tub. It's kids friendly and has vast breakfast spread. Staff was courteous and helpful . Overall it's a 10/10 stay."

"Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights."

"Excellent stay! i recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea queen hotel, calicut and i must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. "I recently stayed at this three-star hotel, and while the rooms and amenities were comfortable, my overall experience was disappointing due to the hotel’s complete lack of awareness about the city’s weak transportation system. The good: Well-maintained rooms Clean beds Well-stocked mini-fridge Functional facilities The bad: Zero assistance with transportation – As a guest unfamiliar with the city, I expected the hotel to at least have a few cab or auto contacts, especially since public transport is not easily available. However, they were indifferent. I requested a cab to visit a nearby temple at 5:30–6 AM, and their response was a quick, “We’ll check,” only to return with, “Not available.” That was it. No alternative solutions, no effort to help. What if I were a foreigner? Would they have gone above and beyond then? Stranded at the railway station – Upon arrival, I found no prepaid taxis, no autos, and after waiting for a long time, finally got one. Unfortunately, the driver turned out to be creepy and unprofessional. Since the hotel didn’t provide any transport assistance, I was forced to rely on this driver for my entire trip, leading to multiple unpleasant experiences. Other guests faced the same issue – I wasn’t the only one. I saw families with children struggling to find a way out of the city, completely stranded. If a hotel is running in a location with limited transport options, it is their responsibility to provide some solution—either tie-ups with a cab service or at least a list of reliable drivers. Final verdict: A comfortable stay, but completely unreliable when it comes to guest support. The very reason people book hotels in unfamiliar cities is to have some level of assistance. Here, I felt utterly stranded, and that left a lasting negative impression. If you’re traveling here, be prepared to struggle with transport on your own."

Park residency, kuttiady my stay at park residency, kuttiady was a mix of positives and negatives. Here are some key points from my experience: # positives: 1. *room quality: the room itself was good, featuring a clean and well-maintained bathroom. The overall ambience of the room was pleasant, which made for a comfortable stay. # negatives: 1. *lack of elevator: one of the major drawbacks of this hotel is the absence of a lift, which could be a significant inconvenience for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues. 2. *inflexible checkout policy: despite checking in at 6 pm, the hotel was inflexible regarding the checkout time. They did not accommodate my request to extend the checkout time to 2 pm. 3. *limited space for extra bed: while the hotel allowed an extra bed, the space to place it was quite limited, which could be an issue for families or groups needing additional sleeping arrangements. 4. *service delays: towels were not readily available in the bathroom and had to be requested from the reception, indicating a lapse in prompt service. Overall, park residency offers a decent stay in terms of room quality and cleanliness but has several service and facility-related issues that need addressing.

I stayed at Grand Plaza Suites in Kochi and was very impressed with the service. I had some issues with my room and the manager quickly resolved it by setting me up in another room that was above the category I booked. The staff were helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. My room was clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The hotel's location is surrounded by many restaurants and just a short walk from the beach. It's a great choice for anyone visiting Kochi. Recommended for its convenience and hospitality.

All good. few cons: no heater but hot water was provided. The bathroom hand shower was not working and there was no place to keep soap and shampoo bottles. pros: Restaurant Food was delicious 😋 Parking and security services were good. Recommended to book AC rooms in case you are looking for suggestions.

Avarrage rooms i have seen cockroaches in the room no hot water facility one towel given for two pax one soap and one shampoo no restaurant it was like a canteen which is being for the building which is a shopping mall and the reception people don't follow rules he clicked pic of my i'd card when i asked he was giving excuses and later another guy joined and told the person who did my checking was not a receptionist so customers i'd cards are handled with such attitude

I am writing to formally address a concern regarding my recent stay at your hotel. I had booked two deluxe bedrooms for four people. However, upon arrival, I was informed that our reserved rooms were no longer available, and we were instead provided with a single deluxe room. This unexpected change not only caused inconvenience but also failed to meet the accommodation requirements we had planned and paid for. It is disappointing that our reserved rooms were given to other guests despite our confirmed booking. I kindly request an explanation for this mishandling of our reservation and seek appropriate compensation for the downgrade and inconvenience caused. Compensation could include a partial refund or other suitable remedies, such as complimentary services. I hope you will address this matter promptly and take steps to ensure such incidents do not occur in the future. I look forward to your response.
