酒店很新，環境很好，有自己的車庫 設施：很新，舒服 衞生：挺乾淨的，一次性毛巾 環境：黃果樹景區周邊很完善，吃喝不愁，附近也有小吃街 服務：店家熱心，還有早餐，挺好的

房間很乾凈很舒適，老闆娘服務超級熱情，兩個服務小姐姐服務也很周到。民宿不僅有接送站，去景區去吃飯也都免費接送，有什麼需要都能儘量滿足。老闆娘熱心幫忙規劃遊覽路線，讓我完美避開人流高峯，去龍宮還幫忙貨比三家約車。老闆娘還大晚上跑出去幫忙買葯，民宿裏零食飲料隨便吃，把孩子給開心地説下次還要來。煮的飯超好吃，比外面好吃，她自己煮牛肉火鍋必須嘗一嘗，湯底很好喝。在黃果樹的兩天因為非常愉快。真心強烈推薦！

Comfortable and Convenient Stay with Thoughtful Host We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room is new and modern. However, shower room tiling can be improve further for one of the family room toilet. But the other toilets in the other rooms are good. The location is good, near the second entrance of Huang Guo Shu Waterfall which only opens for day trip. It has MacDonald & bubble tea shop nearby for comfort food. However, it is a 20 min walk from the main ticketing entrance for foreigners for day and evening tickets. Though it is quite a distance, but it is better than getting stuck in the heavy traffic during this peak season. Talking a stroll, passing by the restaurants are ok. The owner is fantastic — they assisted us with one parcel collection from Taobao, which was a huge help since collecting them ourselves would have been inconvenient. They also send our family out to the main road as our 9 seater big bus is not able to enter the small lane to the homestay. To walk to the main road, there is a staircase which is about 1 min walk up. Ok for young and young seniors, but may not be very suitable for very old people with walking difficulties. Overall, this is a highly recommended stay for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a host who goes the extra mile!

這次入住漢庭酒店的體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！✨ 從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員就熱情又高效，全程微笑服務，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊環境，讓人感覺特別貼心。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好。衞浴設施齊全，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品質量也不錯。 酒店的公共區域更讓我感到驚喜，大堂裝修現代簡約，還有專門的休閑區可以坐起休息和自助茶水站咖啡站。非常方便。有免費的洗衣機和烘乾機。甚至還有健身房，4.0版本漢庭還是太領先了哈哈哈想的太周到了，早餐種類豐富，味道也很贊，有當地的特色早餐，建議大家都可以去嚐嚐脆哨和辣子雞。而且這裏離客運站，售票大廳還有黃果樹瀑布的入口都非常近，衹有幾百米的距離，走路也就幾分鐘，也不用擔心車子開過去不方便停，酒店也可以免費停車。附近好吃的也很贊！離得也都很近，昨天吃的一家小飯館還可以來酒店接我們，味道也很不錯。 整體來説，無論是服務、設施、環境還是衞生，都無非常好。性價比超高，下次來這裏還會選擇這家店，強烈推薦給大家！👍

Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! 我很少評價，但是這家店確實很好，距離黃果樹景區2公里左右，很方便，親子房間很大很乾凈，老闆也很熱情，告訴我們黃果樹景區到哪裡停車，遊玩路線怎麼玩，怕我們走錯前一天晚上第二天早上都很仔細認真的交代，非常推薦的酒店。又好又便宜，非常推薦！ 吃飯也很方便，出門幾百米有很多可以選擇的！

這次入住雲垚民宿體驗超棒！位置就在黃果樹消防大隊附近，離景區很近。老闆是對年輕夫婦，對我們台胞特別熱情親切，讓人倍感溫暖。民宿不僅提供景區和美食街貼心接送，房間更是寬敞舒適、設計超美。最方便的是每層樓都有洗衣和烘衣機，對我們家庭遊客來說實在太貼心了！強烈推薦給來黃果樹旅遊的台灣鄉親，一定會像我一樣滿意！

酒店房間太温馨了，床上還有可愛的鴨鴨毛絨玩具，裝修風格是我喜歡的感覺，而且老闆娘服務態度很好，賓至如歸，有一種回家的感覺，這兩天剛好碰上婚宴，非常熱鬧喜慶，我體驗了一把在貴州吃酒席的歡樂體驗，豐盛美味，熱情好客，感恩遇見，感恩暖幢酒店的貼心服務，真心有點捨不得離開了，以後有機會一定還會再來入住🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

super near the ticket office.... many restaurants nearby too Very good service.... there was a choke in the toilet... I called the front desk... they sent someone to fix it... prompt, quick and efficient. Stay during low season... not crowded at all Location is the best I feel to the waterfall park.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty.
