"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We chose the hotel based on good reviews from past guests and its proximity to the minibus station from Anshun and the shuttle bus to the waterfall park. However, we were surprised that hot water is only available from 1930 - 2230! And even when conforming to their time frame, we had to call each time to inform them that no hot water was coming. A staff member would then show up on our floor to turn on the hot water. Secondly, our room was downgraded from top floor to the lowest floor, and the reason being it was low season and they only have that one floor in operation. Last but not least, no housekeeping was performed during our 3 day stay - trash was not cleared, toilet paper and water were not replenished until we called and requested it. The hotel seemed to be functioning with very minimum staff in attendance. The front desk lady who checked us in was very efficient in replying to our numerous messages and sorting out the problem. One positive comment: basic breakfast offered was good. The soup noodle was tasty."

It wasn't just a room; it was a period of time enveloped in tenderness. The榻榻米 tea area by the window, the room layout, the bathing space – all simple yet incredibly elegant. The hotel breakfast was an absolute delight! A nine-compartment wooden bento box, brimming with delicious, homely flavors. And the service details – from the front desk staff, to the shuttle service, and even the kitchen auntie – I felt pampered at every turn. I experienced a 'five-star feeling of happiness' here, not because of luxurious facilities, but because of the warmth of being treated like family while on a journey."

"황과수폭포근처숙소로 접근성뛰어나고 호텔 주인뿐아니라 관계자모두 정말친절합니다. 매표소까지 걸어가도 큰무리는아니지만 픽업서비스까지해주셨어요 황과수대폭포ㆍ천성교ㆍ두파당을 모두 돌아다니고 호텔까지 걸어갈까 생각했는데 픽업서비스나와주셔서 짧은거리지만 편하게 호텔에들어왔습니다 그리고 안순버스터미널까지 무료로 데려다 주셔서 얼마나 편했는지 모릅니다. 과일(용과와사과)사고싶다고 하니까 야채과일파는곳까지동행해주셨구요. 방은 넓고쾌적했고 바로 산밑에있어 새소리ㆍ맑은공기가 아침을 기분좋게 해주었습니다. 딱한가지아쉬운점은 친환경종이타월입니다. 익숙치않아 조금불편했어요 . 다른건 대만족입니다."

"De kamer was schoon en netjes, en er waren wegwerphanddoeken en badhanddoeken klaargelegd. De shampoo was echt geweldig, mijn haar voelde zacht en vol aan na het wassen. Het hotel ligt super dicht bij de bezienswaardigheden. De receptioniste was ook erg attent en behulpzaam. Echt een top hotel!"

"這次入住漢庭酒店的體驗真的超出預期，必須給滿分好評！✨ 從辦理入住開始，前台工作人員就熱情又高效，全程微笑服務，主動介紹酒店設施和周邊環境，讓人感覺特別貼心。房間乾淨整潔，床品柔軟舒適，隔音效果也很好。衞浴設施齊全，熱水供應穩定，洗漱用品質量也不錯。 酒店的公共區域更讓我感到驚喜，大堂裝修現代簡約，還有專門的休閑區可以坐起休息和自助茶水站咖啡站。非常方便。有免費的洗衣機和烘乾機。甚至還有健身房，4.0版本漢庭還是太領先了哈哈哈想的太周到了，早餐種類豐富，味道也很贊，有當地的特色早餐，建議大家都可以去嚐嚐脆哨和辣子雞。而且這裏離客運站，售票大廳還有黃果樹瀑布的入口都非常近，衹有幾百米的距離，走路也就幾分鐘，也不用擔心車子開過去不方便停，酒店也可以免費停車。附近好吃的也很贊！離得也都很近，昨天吃的一家小飯館還可以來酒店接我們，味道也很不錯。 整體來説，無論是服務、設施、環境還是衞生，都無非常好。性價比超高，下次來這裏還會選擇這家店，強烈推薦給大家！👍"

"Check in Huangguoshu with your girlfriends, the most satisfying place to stay is this hotel! The location is very good, the drive to the scenic spot is very short, you don't have to get up early to hurry, and set aside more time to visit the attractions. The room space is sufficient, and living with your girlfriends is also loose and comfortable. Health is done, toiletries are complete, and it is very comfortable to rest after tired climbing. The proprietress treats people enthusiastically and takes the initiative to help us plan the order of play. The local snacks are all complete, and the atmosphere of friends eating together is full. "Our family of five – one grandma, 80+years old, two adults and two teenagers, had a wonderful time at Huangguoshu (Yellow Fruit Tree) in Guizhou. Huangguoshu Waterfall is the largest waterfall in Asia, which is 67 meters high and 83.3 meters wide. The whole Huangguoshu scenic area comprised of 18 waterfalls, making it the world’s largest waterfall cluster. We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The breakfast fried noodle was our favourite. After the daily adventurous outing to the national park, we enjoyed the nice shower and were able to sleep soundly at night, the room is clean and new, outside environment was peacefully quiet. On the day of departure, our self-pre-arranged transporter changed the vehicle from a 6-seater SUV to a 21 seater bus, which we rejected. Thankfully, the hotel manager helped to call up his transport contacts and was able to arrange a comfortable 6-seater vehicle to get us to Anshun Railway Station. The staff at the hotel are all local people, so they know the place and the people well. This boutique hotel is highly recommended. Our family of five bring back with us wonderful memories of our stay here. Here is something we liked about the room And facilities : - T.V. : Projection TV for family room, unique experience - Bath: strong water pressure, give good shower - Toilet: sensor self-flushing - Towels: single use bath towels and facial sheets, replenishable - washing machine: first time I stayed in the hotel provide in-room washing machine!! Is super convenient -Fruits complementary at the lobby: fresh from the farm peach , lychee, Chinese red bayberry (Myrica rubra, also called yangmei (simplified Chinese: 杨梅) -Transport: complementary transfer to and from hotel to Huangguoshu entrance, any timing"

"super near the ticket office.... many restaurants nearby too Very good service.... there was a choke in the toilet... I called the front desk... they sent someone to fix it... prompt, quick and efficient. Stay during low season... not crowded at all Location is the best I feel to the waterfall park."
