"房間挺大的，衞生間乾濕分離，要是在淋浴的地面做一個三、五釐米的物理隔斷，防止淋浴地面的水流到洗漱區域來，就完美了。門口有停車位，不算多也不算少。整條街，整個區域都是酒店、足浴、養生堂、餐飲之類的，也有大點的超市。"

"凌晨到的，前台一臉不屑，問早餐説是給送到房間，也沒説幾點，諮詢了也不理，結果早上8點多睡的正好的時候開始敲門，送了兩份吃的，也沒具體看有什麼，反正水果是壞的，那會困的懵逼，哪有心情去吃呢，想着趕緊再睡會，結果剛睡着又敲門，説是沒拿筷子又給送筷子，我真的是無語了，是不是最起碼要問一下幾點吃早餐，前台真的是****了，也不知道怎麼安排的，早餐不是應該去餐廳吃嗎，即使送到房間是不是要問一下吃什麼，都有什麼可以選擇，大概幾點？"

"This is a very nice hotel in a remote small town of Xinjiang. Everything exceeds my expectations. The room is very large. Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room. Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels. This hotel offers 5 free washer/dryer for guests..."

"De kamer is goed, de omgeving is goed, de service is ook goed. Als u in de hal komt, kunt u een boek van een muur zien om ons gratis te proberen. Hiermee kunt u ons de geschiedenis van de bruiloft leren. Het is heel vriendelijk voor onze eerste keer dat we naar de bruiloft komen. En alles wat we in de supermarkt van het hotel kopen is net als buiten, Niet zoals andere hotels. De supermarktgoederen zijn veel duurder dan buiten. Het ontbijt is ook rijk om te vergeten foto's te nemen. Maar het is goed smaakvol. Eet met viersterrenhotels. Goed tevreden."

"房間乾淨整潔，進門的那一刻真的會有温馨的感覺，最滿意的酒店，在這旅遊旺季還能有這樣的良心酒店，大家閉眼入，酒店的位置特別便利，停車場很大，免費停車，距離高鐵站和景區都非常近。房間設備齊全，每個房間都配備了加濕器。我們一行三人，前台小姐姐服務超級好，主動給我們送了一套洗漱用品，並給我們免費升級了豪華標間，出門在外遇到意外的善良“與君初相識，猶如故人歸‘’感謝酒店，更加感謝這位善良的小古麗，讓這座美麗的城市又增加了一份美感"

"酒店外面看着很大，房間經濟酒店的標準。這個季節價格倒是還行。就是不巧遇到了隔壁一羣喝酒的少數民族，半夜了還拆屋子一樣的吵鬧，鬧到派出所的人來了才消停。朋友説很晚才睡着。但是工作人員態度都超級好，我的房間實在太吵他們給換了一間"

"Shanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. Small town, big heart, great service, amazing people! VA"
