Great service! Hotel staff were very kind and helpful, the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when I’m in that area.

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job. They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved. To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated. There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor. Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long! I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

Hotel is okay and foreigner friendly. The breakfast was Chinese breakfast and the chef is super friendly, and the housekeeping staff is really friendly

This hotel is rather cute. But the inside is like maze. Still amazed how so many room can be on one floor. The room was quiet expect the ac made a huge noise and because it looked into the middle of the building if other rooms were running g the ac the outer unit made a huge noise. The room was clean and tidy. Tho it could have been cleaner. There was dust and some debris on the basin and the mirrror and the glass shower door. But it was manageable . It’s conveniently located and easy to get around from there and the laundry room was ace. The staff can’t speak English and check in took a while. Maybe they can improve by asking if they are unsure. The breakfast really lacked western options and options for non meat eaters. But they had coffee and it was pretty decent.

Een gezin van vier is op reis. De kamer bevindt zich in een boshut op de berg. De kinderen vinden het erg leuk. Het duurt maar tien minuten om naar boven te klimmen. Als er veel dingen zijn, kan het vermoeiend zijn. Er ligt een riviertje ernaast waar je direct in het water kunt spelen, en er is een zwembad in de kamer waar je direct kunt genieten van de warmwaterbronnen. Het is onvermijdelijk dat er in de zomer meer insecten zullen zijn. De kamer is een beetje klein maar redelijk netjes. De geluidsisolatie is niet bijzonder goed, maar over het algemeen ben ik tevreden. Het is geschikt voor een familievakantie, als het wat koeler weer is, neem ik de ouderen er weer heen.
