As you enter the disgusting, grubby lift , you know what to expect . NO INTERNET IN THE ROOM . And the 2/3 male characters at reception don’t help .

The staffs are extremely nice and helpful. A staff offered to show us to local restaurants and even took us walking to near-by 7-11. Also asked a female staff to help sending some postage. She was very nice even though she was busy with other guess and other errands. Both of them gave me great experience at the hotel ✨"

"Room was quite spacious, in-room high-tech service is available only if you have a Chinese ID to register and login. Cleanliness is ok, but could be better. The hangers and chairs were sticky. Did not like the room lighting as the bathroom lighting and sink lighting share the same control, the room will be too bright to sleep if you decide to leave the bathroom lights switched on at night."

The entrance lobby is clean and refreshing, the rooms are well lit, the cleaning is particularly meticulous, the bathroom is dry and wet, and there is no smell. "The fact that going up to the elevator to the floors with the bedrooms required no card shocked me and made us feel a bit unsafe, but the neighborhood seemed safe and cozy and we had passcode to enter the rooms so we had no problem. The workers were very helpful and attentive! The place was cozy and clean with good lighting in the bathroom and good amenities and a nice view."

"Het hotel is geweldig net als het andere uit de keten. De kamers zijn groot, de hal en de ontbijtruimte ook groot. Het is gelegen tussen twee metrostations, een klein stukje lopen als je het niet erg vindt, geen probleem. Bij een van de stations is een groot winkelcentrum, ondergronds staat het vol met eetkraampjes en groenteverkopers. Aan de andere kant is er een prachtig park, Sakura-park. Je hebt toegang tot 2 verschillende metrolijnen, wat handig is om door de stad te reizen (bijvoorbeeld het Ningbo-museum)."

After reserving, I received a courtesy call from the hotel, and we then connected on WeChat since I don’t speak Chinese. The hotel introduced me to Long, the housekeeper, who coordinated our entire stay with great care and attention. Before our arrival, they asked if we had any special requests. As my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary, I asked them to decorate the room with flowers—and they did a beautiful job.
They also asked about our dinner and breakfast preferences and were impressively organized in their preparations. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon, but our taxi had trouble locating the hotel. I called Long, and he immediately came out to meet us—a huge help! When we checked in, they welcomed us with refreshments and even surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The room had a bathtub, which our three-year-old son especially loved.
To our delight, they had thoughtfully prepared a child’s hygiene kit for him, including kid-friendly soap, shampoo, and a dental kit. We also received a handwritten note, a fresh fruit bowl, and a lovely bouquet of flowers. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, spotless, and very tastefully decorated.
There’s a small indoor play area for children, including a slide, tent, and games—our son played there every day. We also enjoyed strolling around the grounds and spending time at the scenic swimming pool, which is nestled in the mountains. The food was another highlight: we had a delicious Chinese dinner and a traditional Chinese breakfast, both full of flavor.
Throughout our stay, Long was incredibly helpful and made our trip truly special. Thank you, Long!
I highly recommend Lost Villa. They have other locations as well, and we’re definitely looking forward to staying with them again.

I recently stayed at Ningbo Warm Ramble Hotel (Beilun Yintai Branch), and overall, it was a great experience. One of the highlights was the fully automated hotel room, which made everything very convenient and added a modern, tech-savvy touch to the stay.
The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the room type we booked even included a massage chair, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel’s location is also convenient, especially for visitors to the Beilun area.
However, customer service is an area that could be improved. While the front desk and restaurant staff were able to assist when needed, their overall demeanor often felt unfriendly. A more welcoming and approachable attitude would greatly enhance the overall experience.
In summary, the hotel offers great comfort, convenience, and thoughtful in-room features, but improving staff friendliness would make the stay truly outstanding.

Een gezin van vier is op reis. De kamer bevindt zich in een boshut op de berg. De kinderen vinden het erg leuk. Het duurt maar tien minuten om naar boven te klimmen. Als er veel dingen zijn, kan het vermoeiend zijn. Er ligt een riviertje ernaast waar je direct in het water kunt spelen, en er is een zwembad in de kamer waar je direct kunt genieten van de warmwaterbronnen. Het is onvermijdelijk dat er in de zomer meer insecten zullen zijn. De kamer is een beetje klein maar redelijk netjes. De geluidsisolatie is niet bijzonder goed, maar over het algemeen ben ik tevreden. Het is geschikt voor een familievakantie, als het wat koeler weer is, neem ik de ouderen er weer heen.
