Place That Became My Home and My Safe Haven ❤️ I’m incredibly grateful that life brought me to this wonderful villa. It’s so much more than just a place to stay it’s a place filled with warmth, kindness, and genuine care. My first three days in Vietnam were extremely difficult. I was involved in a motorbike accident and felt completely lost and overwhelmed. But the amazing host family welcomed me with open hearts. They took care of me, checked on me every day, helped me recover, and made sure I was okay. Their kindness and compassion meant more to me than words can express. I’m traveling alone as a woman, so feeling safe is incredibly important to me. Here, I finally felt completely relaxed and secure. They made me feel like part of their family rather than just a guest, and that is something truly priceless. The villa itself is absolutely beautiful. Everything is brand new, spotlessly clean, modern, and very comfortable. The atmosphere is peaceful, cozy, and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Another highlight is the homemade food. Every meal is prepared with love and care, and there are different options to choose from. It feels like enjoying a home-cooked meal with family rather than eating at a hotel. The location is also fantastic. It’s in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood while still being close to everything you need. To be honest, this wonderful family completely changed my first impression of Vietnam. After everything I went through, they helped me feel happy, safe, and excited to continue discovering this beautiful country. If you're looking for more than just a hotel if you're looking for a place with heart, genuine hospitality, and people who truly care I wholeheartedly recommend staying here. I would highly recommend this guesthouse if you are looking for a comfortable, family-style place to stay that truly feels like home. The owners whom I met seemed to be a husband and wife. At first, we were not very familiar with this type of guesthouse accommodation, so we needed a little time to adjust. However, after talking with the female owner, we immediately felt more relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere became much warmer. She gave us the feeling of being cared for by an older relative, like a mother looking after her guests. Since we are both women, that made us feel especially safe and at ease. She took wonderful care of us and paid attention to every small detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was excellent as well. We came from Thailand. Although we are both in Asia and share some similar cultures, Thai people usually eat rice for almost every meal. So having bread for breakfast here was a very new experience for us, and it was so delicious—it truly felt like something made by a mother with love. On our last day, she and her family came out to see us off as we got into the car, waving goodbye with warm smiles. It was such a lovely and touching moment. As for the room, everything was exactly as described. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. If you go out, the owners will keep the key for you, and return it when you come back. If you return late at night, you can simply inform them in advance. The drinks in the minibar were also very reasonably priced. If you need affordable transportation, you can ask the guesthouse for assistance. If you are looking for accommodation close to tourist attractions, convenient transportation, and many food options nearby, you can choose this place without hesitation. I would also like to add that the driver who picked us up and dropped us off provided excellent service. He was always smiling, kind, and constantly offering to help us throughout the journey. Chủ nhà mà tôi đã gặp có vẻ là vợ chồng. Lúc mới đến, chúng tôi chưa quen lắm với kiểu lưu trú như thế này nên ban đầu còn hơi bỡ ngỡ. Nhưng sau khi trò chuyện với cô chủ, chúng tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và yên tâm hơn rất nhiều. Không khí cũng trở nên dễ chịu hơn. Cô ấy cho chúng tôi cảm giác như một người thân lớn tuổi trong gia đình, giống như một người mẹ chăm sóc khách lưu trú. Vì chúng tôi đều là phụ nữ nên cảm giác an toàn và được quan tâm càng rõ ràng hơn. Cô ấy chăm sóc chúng tôi rất tốt và để ý đến từng chi tiết nhỏ. Bữa sáng rất ngon, cà phê cũng tuyệt vời. Chúng tôi đến từ Thái Lan. Dù đều ở châu Á và có văn hóa khá gần nhau, nhưng người Thái thường ăn cơm gần như mọi bữa. Vì vậy, bữa sáng ăn bánh mì ở đây là trải nghiệm mới mẻ đầu tiên của chúng tôi, và rất ngon, giống như món ăn mẹ làm vậy. Vào ngày cuối cùng chúng tôi rời đi, cô ấy và gia đình đã ra tiễn chúng tôi lên xe, mỉm cười và vẫy tay chào tạm biệt. Thật sự rất đáng yêu và ấm áp. Về phòng nghỉ, mọi thứ đều đúng như mô tả. Giường rất rộng và thoải mái. Nếu ra ngoài, chủ nhà sẽ giữ chìa khóa giúp bạn và khi quay về sẽ đưa lại. Nếu về muộn, bạn chỉ cần báo trước cho họ. Giá đồ uống trong minibar cũng rất hợp lý. Nếu bạn cần xe đưa đón với giá phải chăng, có thể hỏi trực tiếp nơi lưu trú. Nếu bạn đang tìm chỗ ở gần điểm du lịch, đi lại thuận tiện và gần nhiều quán ăn, thì hãy chọn nơi này mà không cần do dự. Tôi cũng muốn bổ sung thêm rằng anh tài xế đưa đón chúng tôi đã phục vụ rất tốt. Anh ấy luôn tươi cười, thân thiện và luôn chủ động đề nghị giúp đỡ chúng tôi trong suốt chuyến đi. Apartment was nice overall but a few things could be improved. The bed is very very firm and gave us back pain, the balcony/terrace has no seats or table its just empty. The kitchen has just 1 hot plate and 2 pans and one single knife, not really fully equipped for cooking meals. The location is good near the beach, near to shops and places to eat too. Its a nice place but back pain from the bed, the inability to truly cook our own meals was disappointing and most of all the staff booked us a tour to Hoi An and we planned our whole day around the tour, when we joined the tour the guide confirmed the itinerary and the tour did not include what the staff told us it included. We ended up cancelling the tour and on the last day it rained so we never go to go to Hoi An because of being mis sold a tour and being given inaccurate information. The staff never apologised, this was very very disappointing.

Cars are not able to go into the alley but that wasn’t much of an issue as it was really near to the main road (except that when I arrived, it was raining really heavily so the few steps in became a bit of a problem. However, this is no fault of the hotel). The staff was really friendly and helpful. She helped us with our luggage up 4 stories. Same for the one on night duty who offered help with charging my device so I don’t have to place it on the floor. It is near to the airport and there are food places nearby though we went to other cafes elsewhere so really depends on individual itinerary. The common area has showers and toilets available too so it is great if you are catching a late flight out. Love it that you can get drinking water too. The room had a small kitchen area with a microwave, hot plate, sink, dishwashing liquid, kettle, utensils, cups and bowls etc. There is a smart TV so you can play YouTube. The walls can be thin so you may hear the water sounds but other than that, no other issue too with noise / hearing talking from other rooms. As there is no window, there may be a still air smell initially but it goes away after you turn on the air con.

Ik verbleef in januari in Da Nang. Het was nog buiten het hoogseizoen, dus ik kon niet in zee zwemmen. Daarom koos ik in plaats van een hotel aan het strand voor dit hotel aan de rivier, vlakbij de markt. Ik had een privékamer geboekt in plaats van een slaapzaal, en die was schoon. De waterdruk van de douche was echter wat laag. Ik heb geen ontbijt gehad, dus daar kan ik niets over zeggen.

Ik heb deze accommodatie geboekt om me af te wassen en comfortabel uit te rusten voordat ik naar het vliegveld ging. De locatie ligt zeer dicht bij de Han-markt, de kathedraal van Danang en de rivier de Han. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk. Hoewel het een kleine capsulekamer is, is het gezellig en niet oncomfortabel. De airconditioner houdt het ook koel, zodat u comfortabel kunt verblijven.

Simple and nice hotel in Da Nang, with comfortable rooms and functional facilities, located close to shops and restaurants. Affordable and preferable for travelers in the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this villa. This booking was a gamble since we barely got any picture of the room we're bout to stay in. However, both the interior and exterior looks splendid and beyond what I expected. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful thorough the whole trip, esp the lady at the counter. Will be seeing them soon in the future when I have the chance to come back to Hoi An. This is definitely one of my favorite accomodation I've ever been to, a total 10/10 no flaw. P/S: The bath tub was too big that it took me at least 15 mins to fill up XD Very relaxing to be submerged with water. Mình có chuyến đi chơi rất là tuyệt ở đây. Chị lễ tân rất tận tình, kể cả bác bảo vệ cũng thiết đãi tụi mình rất nhẹ nhàng tình cảm. Thật sự chưa ở đâu mà cho mình cảm giác như ở nhà như vậy. Không gian là một điểm cộng lớn (cho dù lúc mình book phòng mình chỉ xem được 1 bức ảnh minh họa). Rất là may khi cọc phòng trước và khi đến nhận phòng thì thực sự quá ok vượt sức tưởng tượng của mình. Dù vị trí villa không nằm cùng phía với chợ Hội An những vẫn rất gần những điểm đi chơi, tiện lợi cho việc du lịch của mọi người. Rất là recommend villa này cho cả nhà ạ! (Trên hình mình có để bữa sáng đi kèm, ngày thứ hai mệt quá mình ăn lun khỏi chụp choẹt gì)

I got surprise and so fascinating,the hotel was very clean maybe because its new, I like it very much, very recommended to travellers like me, surely they will like it too, I rate it 10/10✈️🦋🍨🌳📚

Firstly I would like to say the staff here are really wonderful, particularly the receptionist with the glasses who checked us in and out 21/01-24/01. He was so friendly, polite and helpful - cannot fault him at all 10/10. Having a TV with Netflix on was great, as was having a lamp on the side table. However, cleanliness was not great - stains on the pillowcases and bedding and the bed generally did not feel clean. The bed was also very low and mattress pretty hard. Also an old mattress in the hallway right outside our room. The wall cabinet under the TV looked like it was about to fall out so we were too scared to put anything on it. Bad smell in wardrobe. Everytime we left for the day and returned to the room, it would have a new, bad smell. Sometimes from the drains, or smoke, or damp. Mould on walls clearly painted over. Air con would just go on and off constantly. 40,000 per KG for laundry - very overpriced given the linens quality in the hotel (stains and smell etc). The shower was TERRIBLE, hardly any water pressure at all. Really hard to even wash, although it was hot. The shampoo / shower gels bottles were dirty and broken. Towels also with stains. Dirty flip flops provided. Whilst cheap, this is a very tired hotel with below standard cleanliness, with staff who are doing their best with what they’ve been given. Would not stay again or recommend. Special thanks to the receptionist who got us a hairdryer, as one is not given in the room. Thank you!!!
