"Helpful staff, close to the airport, clean room. Very poor breakfast, just some dry bread, hard-boiled eggs, and tomato. Definitely do not recommend the breakfast. Parking is only available in the hotel's underground garage for 80 PLN/day due to its location. Good for one night before an early flight, but without breakfast. The price is fairly adequate for the quality."

"チェックインしてすぐに部屋を確認すると、ベッドのシーツとマットに他人の髪の毛がたくさんついていました。レセプションに行き部屋の交換をお願いしました。他の部屋も同じように汚れていると困るので、まずは新しい部屋を見せて欲しいと頼みました。英語を話さないセキュリティーが新しい部屋まで案内してくれました。私は新しい部屋を確認しようとしていたら、英語を話さないハウスキーパーが私にポーランド語で話し続け、無理やり元々の部屋に連れて行きました。彼女は怒ったような話し方でとても怖かったです。私は彼女にポーランド語は話せないと言い、翻訳アプリで事情を説明しようとするとWiFiが弱くてアプリが使えず、彼女と意思疎通ができませんでした。彼女はレセプションに電話をかけて、私はレセプショニストと英語で話をしました。私は新しい部屋に入って確認しようとしたら、ハウスキーパーが無理やり私を元の部屋に戻した。だから新しい部屋をまだきちんと見ていない。どちらの部屋にするか決めるには、新しい部屋をきちんと確認する必要があると説明しました。しかしレセプショニストは、どちらの部屋にするんだ？新しい部屋に移動するのか？と繰り返し私に問いかけ、私を急かしました。セキュリティーも私に同じようなことを言い続けました。私はハウスキーパー、セキュリティー、レセプショニスト、全員から同時にどちらの部屋にするんだと責められて、とても怖い思いをしました。これは直接話した方がいいと思います、レセプションに行きました。部屋は見たんだろ？なぜ部屋を決められないんだ？どちらの部屋にするんだ？と2人のレセプショニストに言われて、「ですから、私はまだ新しい部屋をきちんと確認していません。ハウスキーパーが来て私を無理やり古い部屋に連れていった。まだ新しい部屋を見ていないから、どちらにするか決められませんよね。すみませんが私を急かさないでください。あなたたち4人が同時に1人旅の私を急かさのはとても怖いのでやめてください」と伝えました。新しい部屋を見ましたが、そちらのシーツとマットも汚れていたため、古い部屋に戻り、そこを掃除してもらい綺麗になりました。ここの宿のレビューの多くは、古いが掃除が十分されており、清潔だと聞いていたのでとてもがっかりしました。そしてホテルのスタッフの対応が怖くて、本当に疲れました。その日の夜遅くに部屋に戻ると、窓の脇の壁に大きな蜘蛛の死骸がありました。誰かが殺した後、それが除去されぬままいたのです。ベッドに横になると視界に入る位置にあったのでそれを除去しようとしましたが、夜12時過ぎており、それは高い位置にあり、翌日レセプションに頼むことにしました。翌日のレセプショニストは前日とは違い優しく話してくれて、蜘蛛の死骸についてもきちんと謝罪をしてくれました。そしてすぐにスタッフが来ました。彼は礼儀正しかったですが、その死骸を私の浴びるシャワールームに捨てたのは驚きました。排水溝ではなく、私が立つシャワールームの床にそれを置いたのです。私はそれはやめてくださいと言うと、彼は流すから問題ないと言いました。しかしシャワールームの排水溝は流れが悪く、たまに戻ってくるようなことがありました。それもレセプションに報告済みでその改善を頼んでいました。なぜ彼が蜘蛛の死骸をゴミ箱に捨てるか、部屋の外に持って行かなかったのか理解できません。その後昨日とは違う感じの良いハウスキーパーが来てくれて、シャワールームをきちんと清掃してくれました。2日目のレセプショニストはとても感じがよかったので安心しました。毎日水をもらえるのでレセプションに電話で水を頼みました。彼らが忙しいと思ったので、私が今から取りに行きますと伝えて、レセプションに行きました。するとセキュリティーがあなたの部屋に持って行ったと聞きました。急いで部屋があるフロアに戻るとセキュリティーがおらず、そのフロアを探しました。しかし彼がいないので、諦めて部屋に戻ると水が部屋に置いてありました。私はスタッフが私の許可なく部屋に入ることは予想していませんでしたし、それは困ります。だからレセプションに、私の許可なく部屋に入らないで欲しいと伝えました。通常ホテルでは部屋に入らないでという意思を示すカードがありますが、私の部屋にカードはありませんでした。そういうカードがあるといいのにと思っていたら、その後に他の客の部屋のドアにそれを見つけました。それについてレセプションについて尋ねると、あなたの部屋になかった？と聞かれました。きちんと探しましたがありませんでした。カードの用意があるならば、全部屋の内側のドアにそれを準備すべきです。3日目は前日のように入れ違いになると嫌だったので、レセプションに直接行き水を頼みました。その日は初日と同じスタッフでした。すると彼女は「水？あなたの部屋にないの？」と怒ったように私に話しました。私は毎日水がもらえると聞いており、なぜ怒るように話されたのか理解できませんでした。「私は今日の水はもらっていません。毎日もらえると聞いたので取りに来ました。」と説明しました。ポーランド人の英語のアクセントなのかもしれませんが、一部のスタッフの表情と話し方は私を責めているように感じ、怖いと感じることがありました。チェックインの時の髪の毛の汚れや、部屋の移動問題、蜘蛛の死骸が放置されていること、色々問題が発生しとても疲れました。こちらが怒りたい気分なのに、なぜかこちらが怒られている気がして、それはとても残念でした。まともに部屋の掃除をしていれば、あの大きい蜘蛛の死骸に気がつかないはずがありません。古いけど清掃が十分にされていて清潔なホテルとレビューを読んでこのホテルに泊まりたしたが、それは大きな間違いでした。少なくとも私は2つの部屋を確認し、どちらのベッドも他人の髪の毛が多く残っていました。"

"Ibis-hotels maken altijd waar wat ze beloven. Ik verbleef in een paar verschillende landen in hun hotels en je krijgt altijd waar je voor betaalt. Omdat dit mijn last-minute boeking was, koos ik voor de goedkoopste optie (één sterbeoordeling). Het inchecken ging snel en de receptioniste was erg aardig en gaf me een kamer aan de rustige kant van het gebouw. Kamer is vrij eenvoudig, maar je krijgt waar je voor betaalt: schoon bed, douche- en toiletruimte met soep en body wash, een paar glazen en dat is het dan ook. Hoe dan ook, ik heb goed geslapen en uitchecken is eenvoudig: u hoeft alleen uw sleutelkaart in een vakje bij de uitgang te stoppen."

"The hotel is super located. You walk only 2 minutes from the metro station and is very fast in the city centre. The room is modern and clean. The only interference point are the thin walls and the resulting brightness in the room. The showers and toilets have always been clean and sufficiently available. It was always someone at the reception and you always felt safe. The bed was simple but somewhat comfortable and you felt well. Unfortunately, I haven't found any telecommand for the TV."

"A simple place to stay. Conveniently located near to the uprising museum and walking distance to most of the main tourist spots. Affordable and clean enough."

"The hostel is in a very good location and it was a 30 minute walk to most major attractions. Big bonus for this hostel's location is that it is surrounded by many good restaurants. We stayed in the large room and it was clean but a little dated. The hostel is located in a building that is more than 100 years old so you have to work through a maze of stairs to get to the room and there is no elevator. We were surprised to find out that the large room didn't have its own bathroom as many of the rooms did say when they had a shared bathroom when we booked. The shared bathroom was fine but a little small. We were given a bottle of shower gel but there was no shampoo so you may want to consider bringing your own. Big downside to this hostel was that the windows don't have good soundproofing and we had lots of bars nearby which meant it was noisy late at night and in the morning you could hear the traffic. If you're a light sleeper you may want your own earplugs. The large room did come with its own kitchen that was equipped with utensils, plates and cookware. The room did not have AC and the open window did cool it down a bit but also made it a bit noisier."

"stayed at this hostel twice in late December and it was a great experience for the price. The beds were surprisingly comfortable and the entire place was very clean which made it easy to get some good rest. I really liked the location because it is within walking distance of the Warszawa Zachodnia station and there are trams to the city center right outside the door. The staff at the front desk was helpful and the 24 hour reception made the check in process very simple. It is definitely one of the best budget options in Warsaw if you want something reliable and well located."
