"I had a really good time and the people who work there are wonderful. They helped me with every problem. Such as finding a car to catch the bus to Chengdu in the morning and they can help organise excursions to the best places. The facility is very nice and new and neat and has a beautiful museum inside where you can see how they make textiles in the traditional way with looms. Was a wonderful experience."

"Litang B&B Review: An Amazing Stay!
The experience at this B&B in Litang was fantastic! The environment is great, and parking is convenient. The owner is incredibly warm and treats guests like friends. The lobby on the first floor has a common area where you can have tea, eat, and chat, creating a very comfortable atmosphere.
One evening, I wanted a drink, but the B&B didn't have any, and it was raining lightly outside. Without a second thought, the owner offered to go out and buy some for me. When I opened the door and saw the owner's wife bringing the drinks, her clothes soaked from the rain, I was truly touched.
I sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Litang – it's definitely worth staying here!"

Outside the window are snowy mountains and grasslands, and the courtyard is warm and comfortable. Three or five friends sit around the stove and talk about life.
"Super nice ******* home stay. The owner speaks excellent English and was extremely kind and helpful. He recommended us where to eat and drove us personally to a local hot spring. He also helped us to buy bus tickets. The atmosphere is very sociable and you're welcome to hang out with others in the common area.
Our room had a heating blanket and an oxygen machine, which we didn't use. The heating blanket was for the temperature in April more than enough. We decided to stay one night longer because we liked it so much. 100% very recommended!"

"The hotel room was clean and comfortable . It was really cold outside, but the heater could bring the temperature inside to over 30 degrees (too hot). The service was great, it was easy to check in and they helped us book transportation from Litang, and even made sure we got to our destination safe. We had a great time in Litang and would definitely recommend Zangbala Hotel!"

這絕對是我住過最不像民宿的民宿，更像是回到了一個藏區的朋友家。一進門，老闆就獻上哈達歡迎，瞬間被感動。
位置無敵：正對格聶神山，推窗即景。
服務超暖：不僅為我們規劃遊玩路線，出門前老闆説等下還要走路，給你們做杯飲料路上喝，送上金桔檸檬，晚上還貼心地送來安神熱牛奶。老闆手把手教我們怎麼拍星空，關掉所有燈光創造最佳環境，還承諾有日照金山會叫早！
設施完備：房間乾淨整潔，24小時熱水、製氧機、電熱毯一應俱全，在高海拔地區住得非常安心。
總之，這是一次遠超預期的住宿，強烈推薦給每一位來格聶的朋友！

It's 20 min walk to the downtown and about 40 min to the Litang monastery. A little bit noisy in the room as the hotel is situated right on the route G318, which has traffic even at night hours. The rest is fine, it has not been cold even when we had snow outside.

De baas hielp me om gratis laat uit te checken, maar het was een beetje lastig om een taxi te vinden. Er staan deelfietsen voor de deur. Als je niet veel bagage hebt, kun je fietsen. Het is heel dicht bij de tempel. Je kunt de berg beklimmen. Het landschap is prachtig. De kamer is wat koud, maar er is een elektrische deken. Er zijn weinig wegwerpartikelen, maar de prijs is erg laag.

The owners were nice but I couldn't communicate in English. They have a hotel cat.
The room was really nice, but there were some issues. The ceiling was leaking water overnight. A constant drip sound and water on the floor, luckily not on the bed. My bathroom also has drainage problems. The floor was also very dusty and dirty. It was explained in the morning when a sledge hammer was being used on the floor above starting at 8am. Not a big issue, but they also didn't give me the obligatory two bottles of water. I had to boil my own. No heating, but there is an electric blanket.
This will be a good hotel once they sort a few issues out.

稻城機場直奔格聶，老闆給準備了吸氧機，吸了一天才出門，格聶的秋景確實沒有讓我們失望，格聶之眼、則巴村，慢慢走很舒適，強推川西來格聶就行了！！民宿老闆一路房車遊最終定居在格聶，開了一間温暖的民宿，衞生環境在村裡十分感人，忘記帶一次性四件套來本來很擔心，後來發現床品都是香香的還挺乾淨，最重要的是有一次性浴巾和馬桶套😫早上還有07媽媽親自做的早餐，漢堡和咖啡也試了，真紮實，肉餅子全是耗牛肉手拍的，院子裏全是格桑花，還剛下了一衹貓崽子，🐶崽子叫燉豬，格聶之行圓滿了

The room was fine, nice and clean. We also could do the laundry in the hotel. However, the breakfast was included in the price, but they told us that the breakfast time was ONLY at 8.00 am. (not sooner, not later). The day that we left, we needed to have breakfast a bit earlier, and they told us that it was not possible, that the breakfast was only at 8.00 am

VERBAZINGWEKKEND !! Het hotel is fantastisch (kom en beleef het in een typisch Tibetaans huis), de sfeer is warm (iedereen ontmoet elkaar in de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes en vooral bij het vuur), het eten is heerlijk en de mensen die hier werken zijn gewoonweg geweldig! Ze hebben ons hartelijk ontvangen en ervoor gezorgd dat we ons goed voelden. Ze hebben ons enorm geholpen met het vervoer, 's avonds hebben we gedanst en overdag hebben ze ons naar kloosters en de stad gebracht! Wat een welkom, BEDANKT! Ons bezoek aan Litang zullen we niet snel vergeten. Ik raad deze plek ten zeerste aan!!!

i would highly recommend this accommodation. The room's a spacious and the beds are very comfy with beautiful views of the mountains. pluse great amenities. we would have preferred reusable towels for environmental reason. But that's our personal preference. All the staff, Mr chen and the Jojo,s were extreamy generous with the time and knoledge of the area and futher afield. there is a
friendly and warm atmostphere that made us feel welcomed and the food was delicious.
we will definitely be coming back. thank you!
