2-Starhotels in Hami

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the living is very comfortable, the focus is on the two young ladies at the front desk, the service is warm and patient, I stayed at this hotel on April 9, and I continued to live on the 10th. The two front desk ladies have full marks, and the check-in is super efficient. Highly recommended, full experience!

The hotel room in itself was fine. However, since I lost my European power plug to American-style flat-prong plug adapter in the train, I asked if they would have an adapter for. They said yes, wait a moment. After 40 minutes or so I went sightseeing in the town. Back in the hotel I asked again for the adapter, they said wait 10 minutes, nothing happened. I went for food and back at the hotel I asked again, they said sorry, initially gave me a wrong adapter, then finally a good one, that at first instance shortcut the power outlets. Then it took almost 30 minutes to fix this. It just all took too long! Also, the room has automatic curtains, and I really disliked it that the moment I entered the room, the curtains automatically opened. It didn't remember my prefered settings, quite annoying.

Rooms are spacious but bathroom is small, slippery and the washing machine in the bathroom will be all wet when you bathe. WC in most rooms are not functioning smoothly. WiFi connectivity is poor. The auto curtain in my room spoilt the next day. The smart gadget in my room cannot function as network connectivity is problematic. The good thing is the auto water boiler and dispenser and coffee warmer in each room.

Extremely close to Hami Station, just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel rooms are clean and hygienic. If you're staying in Hami for a short period, this is a great choice.

超讚的一家酒店！酒店房間温馨，酒店裝修氛圍太棒了，光照合適，不讓人感覺有壓力，床品超級舒服，旅遊一天的累躺下就想不起來了，衞生乾淨，服務賊棒！！！酒店服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞，酒店位置優越，房間的價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不止一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這是我對這家酒店的評價。超讚！

這次入住體驗真的超出預期！酒店位置很好，出行方便，周邊配套也齊全。房間乾淨整潔，採光通風都不錯，床品舒適，睡得特別安穩。前台服務熱情周到，辦理入住和退房都很快捷高效，有問題也能及時耐心解答。衞生做得很細緻，公共區域乾淨明亮，環境安靜不嘈雜。整體性價比很高，不管是出差還是旅行都很合適，下次來還會選擇這裏，真心推薦！

離車站近、附近有超市，前台服務好，乾淨，環境好，積極配合有關退款，以後再細緻些就更好了，火車票沒改簽成功，退房時間入住時間未到，就給入住了，退款有點兒周折…

進不了大海道臨時落腳的，價格也便宜，酒店比較老舊，房間燈比較灰暗，眼睛特別難受，即使灰暗，還是能注意到衞生打掃不到位，洗臉池有積臟，坐便器有別人用過的臟，也不知道是啥，水沖也能沖掉，床頭也有一層灰，我訂的是商務標間，我們到的時候，房間已經分配好了，不知道為啥分一個3人床，但看床頭佈局，以前應該是標間……前台大姐也許工作太晚了……一幅電視劇里老式招待所前台標準態度，請自行忽略……對面吃飯方便……推薦對面“金糧牛肉麪”，麪條都是先揉的，老闆娘很好，價格很實惠，還有炒菜，晚飯和早飯都是在那解決的
