He can’t speak English but we communicated with each other via WeChat.. I particularly love the view from my room on the 9th floor. I will recommend this to all my friends visiting Beihai. "這一次北海之旅我在網上找了很久的民宿，最後已經準備下單一家海景民宿。但是打開攜程偶然看到這家民宿，真的挺幸運的。我們住了5晚，一共花了820元。這裏離銀灘不遠，北海不大出行靠打車還是不錯的，樓下房東就有出租電動車的，這個也非常方便。到的那個下午正好碰到房東，房東剛好帶着我們上樓還是很好的ヾ ^_^♪。以下照片是我們離開的時候整理好民宿的時候拍的!"

"De algehele kamerfaciliteiten zijn erg oud, de hygiëne is gemiddeld en er hangt een aanhoudende geur in de kamer. De keuken was onbruikbaar en had niets anders dan een fornuis. De kamer was in het begin niet erg schoon. Er lag een laag stof op alles op het balkon, en de stapel dingen die we neerlegden waren duidelijk afval, de schoonmaakster heeft ze niet eens opgeruimd, dus ze heeft gewoon de kamer verschoond. vuilniszakken in de prullenbak. De liften gaan vaak kapot. Op de 30e verdieping staan twee liften voor vier huishoudens, en de twee liften gaan af en toe kapot."

"Een zeer favoriete B&B! Ongeacht de kwaliteit van de kamer of de service van de baas, ik ben zeer tevreden! De kamer is heel comfortabel, het bed is zacht en de badkamer is gescheiden in droge en natte ruimtes. Ik vind het geweldig! GGastgebruikerI was very curious how a property with such an affordable price has a such a high rating. I was immediately convinced by myself.
The property is perfectly located in the Southern part of the Island near Crocodile Mountain and its beautiful beach as well as South Bay with countless options of tasty seafood. The room is big, bright, clean and smells great. There is everything a traveller needs. The highlight is clearly the boss, she is very warm, welcoming and very kind. There was a book in my room which I took out of curiosity to read on the beach, and I realized it contained great messages. I asked the boss if she is willing to sell it to me but she gave it for free. She told me that she deliberately puts books with great messages for young people in the room since many students stay in her property. Wow...I wish more people in this world would be like the boss. Don't hesitate and book a room here. If I ever happen to be again on this island, I know where to stay!!

LLawcchThis was my second time checking in for this new homestay. The boss is very kind to pick me up from the Beihai jetty after I returned from my trip to Weizhou island. The room is very clean and beautifully decorated. He was also very responsive when I requested slippers and clothes hangers. This Homestay hotel is strategically located near the silver beach. I strongly recommend travellers or tourists stay here to see the beautiful homestay place and the boss is also kind enough to allow cooking in the kitchen. I also did my sweet and sour pork and chicken meats in my first 2 days stay here. I gave the boss and this homestay place considered 5 stars for the best value for money.

GGastgebruikerThis was an excellent place to stay. It's a bit far from the city center, but with access to DiDi, that was quite alright. It's very close to the beach so it's perfect for travelers to Beihai who want to enjoy Silver Beach. I invited a friend to come check out the city and travel a bit, and the two bedroom space was perfect for us. Honestly, it's a travelers paradise. We had a few days by the pool to relax, and it was wonderful.
The boss was fantastic. Any questions I had, he always answered quickly and thoroughly. The place was very clean and very comfortable. The appliances were brand new and the house had cooking utensils, pots, and a few plates to use. Although, it's worth either going into town or ordering food, there is a convenience store and a couple of restaurants literally outside the complex. A handful of other people who sell tasty treats and fruit were also often outside, which made grabbing some treats fast and easy.
I recommend this place. This was definitely one of the highlights of my trip in Beihai.

LLawcchThis homestay hotel is an excellent choice for me and other travellers who like to explore Weizhou island. Mr Lin is the owner who ensures the guests feel welcomed and comfortable staying. He is a kind and generous guy who takes effort and time to send me to the scenic areas because he cares for his guest's safety as I don't really know the places and traffic conditions in the island. The location of this homestay is about 1.5 km away from the island passenger jetty and hawker stalls. He also provides scenic areas of island exploration tips. He even waited for me to pick up from and drop off at the passenger jetty when I arrived and departed the island. The hygiene or cleanliness of the room and toilet is top level. I highly recommend to all travellers to stay at this homestay which offers the best value for money.

EEGHIt’s a perfect spot for visiting Beihai. You get amazing value for money. Quality room and a lot of space too , as well as a great location close to shops and railway station. Beach isn’t close but it’s easy to reach with DiDi. No issues with getting around town either. Great power shower, good a/c , bed is comfy, and the soundproofing works!
A negative is SMOKING! Even though it’s covered in no smoking signs it still happens. Rooms can fill with smell of next door smoking or some ignoramus walking along the corridor puffing away. It’s an issue for most hotels due to the high number of smokers in China, but if they enforced fines consistently then maybe it would stop more doing it. Having said that , I still use City Comfort because the POSITIVES massively outweigh that single negative.
No frills. Just delivers on quality at a value price with good staff.

ZzhaofannusHet hotel wordt beheerd door een professionele hotelmeester die kettingen hotel outlets in verschillende plaatsen bezit. De hotelservice is veel meer dan ik verwacht. We hebben een dubbele studio/familiekamer met een groot balkon op het dak. De ruimte is echt groot genoeg voor 4-5 gasten. De schoonheid is A+, geen blinde plaatssmerige hoek. Douchesysteem, verlichting en TV / projectie zijn geïnstalleerd met hoge technologie. Helaas heeft het wegens politieke beperkingen geen lift. Maar de tegendienst is erg nuttig. Ze bieden u eenvoudige gids voor verschillende scenario's, ze helpen u lokale taxitram/tricycles te boeken, ze adviseren u de lokale winkels, ze geven zelfs professionele visserij tips ... In het hotel hebben ze een Szechuan keuken specialist kok om te koken het is eenvoudig gerecht of luxe banketten voor u. Over het geheel is het een hoogwaardig verblijf op het eiland.

Towels are not available, they provide 2 small towels , no one came to provide new one next day.. come ready
We find around there is other hotels , more nearer to the beach and with swimming pool.. next time will not come to this one , will book another
Family who run the business are nice , they tired to help , I think they can do much better if they have more regular cleaning service and add simple breakfast

In total , wasn't bad experience, as if you come , you will only sty at the hotel to sleep and the rest of the day at the water
