Esperides Beach Hotel Apartments

I can’t say enough good things about this wonderful gem in Stalos! A warm and hospitable multi-generation family runs the 16 apar**ent hotel. Very nice clean and modern accommodations at a good price point. The Esperides restaurant has a tasty selection of foods and drinks, and their staff are equally friendly and responsive. The Esperides beach hotel apar**ents are ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for relaxation, or to regain a sense of well being. When leaving the Esperides, across the street and one block on the left are supermarkets. 1-2 blocks away on the left, you can hop on a bus for a few € (pay on the bus) to go to Chania (Xania, Χανια or ΧΑΝΙΩΝ), or rent a car to explore the northern coast of Crete, quite a large island, on the main road Kissamos-Heraklion National Road 90. A great and quit oasis right by the sea on the very busy road of PEO Kissamou which is the Chania beach ***** where everybody wants to be. The place is located right by the water and has beach bar and pool. Everything you need. The place is a family owned spot and it is managed with that personal touch, flexibility and passion. They do a bit Lore fir the guests than other places snd even though this is not a 5-star hotel they deliver that real feel of getting it all on a smallere budget. I will go again!

Place is clean and well kept. We were two families travelling together with teenage kids. One stayed in 2nd floor and other in the ground floor by the pool. The 2nd floor room was good with AC in bedroom and common area. Shower was very tiny but water came with good pressure. Room had fridge and balcony. One bed in bedroom made terrible noice when ever you turned in it and that woke others up. Other than that the room was good. The ground floor room was with 2 bedrooms which were lacking AC. The only AC was in the common area with sleeper couch so no-one was able to sleep there since in order to get cool air to both rooms, the machine had to be on very cool on high power. In general we were very Happy with our stay. The only negative feedback is the way we got complains from the staff for using sunbeds on the beach. They were for bar cistomers to use and since we had breakfast, lunch and drinks in the bar we tough that we were allowed to use them. After spending time swimming in the sea, we were told that we can’t reserve the beds. So they expected us to take towels and books to the sea with us?!? I believe this was some kind of miscommunication but it made us feel uncomfortable. Location of the Hotel is great just off the beach and on the ”right” side of the big road. Stalos is nicer than Platanias beach.

Definitely an ideal location; beach front, close to shops and our room get cleaned everyday.

Just returned from the most amazing stay at this beautiful seaside apar**ents. Our room has recently been refurbished all marble with stunning views of the pool and sea beyond. Super comfortable sun loungers on the beach free for hotel guests and anyone who uses the taverna. As for the Taverna at the end of the pool area the most amazing cocktails ever and fantastic food all staff are so friendly and helpful. And nice to see the staff being kind to the Stray Cats. The location is perfect for both shops and surrounding restaurants. A short taxi ride takes you into the old port of chania around 10 euros The bus stop is near enough opposite the apar**ents but these are a bit hit and miss. I will return in a heartbeat as missing it already.

Very friendly staff and perfectly located apar**ents. Breakfast is served in the beach bar with a stunning view on the beach. Food selection for breakfast small but very tasty and more than enough :) Rooms are big only the bathroom was quite small. During check-out we received olive oil. Such a courtesy gesture.

I really liked the location of the hotel and the amazing sea view from our balcony. The owners are very friendly and happy to help you, the bar and the breakfast area were clean, but the room was poorly arranged I have to say. The furniture, the bathroom seemed like they haven't renewed them for decades. They should really work on putting new furniture and remake the shower. It's a pity otherwise, the place is great and I'd like to go back if I have the chance

Nice place, clean and comfortable. Staff super helpful. WiFi/Internet in the room might be better but the one at the bar/beach is good enough.

Lovely location. Wonderful welcome and very nice, smiling and sincerely helpful hosts. Cool beach. Great restaurant. Clean housekeeping and fast responses to requests. Sand is great for little ones. Food very tasty and the drinks are a delight. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back.
