Service was great! Easy check in and everything was as advertised and clean! Only downside is the noisy older A/C unit but I had ear plugs so that helped!

It was a lovely stay! Love the nautical theme on the room and the modern design. The bed was super comfortable and of course the famous Doubletree cookie was amazing.

This property has a nice restaurant, but I would not sty here again! Rooms are cold and dark. It is currently being occupied by refugees and no mention of that when booking.I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone.

Our vehicle was damaged in underground parking. Staff would not check security cameras to assist in situation. The shower was mouldy and rooms were dingy. Staff were not friendly or helpful.

Beautiful place to stay. Staff is amazing and makes sure you have everything you need and check in throughout your stay. Didn’t like how house keeping brought new towels but didn’t take dirty ones or even change the garbage or do any sort of house keeping on our second day.

When we turned down the covers to go to bed, we found a blood stain on the sheet. Called front desk, they sent a houseperson promptly to replace the sheets but no apology, no offer to switch rooms, no discount on room. Nothing. Explained the situation upon checkout and that person didn't care either. We won't be back and we'll tell everyone we know about the experience.

The rooms, especially beds and pillows great for a good night's sleep, the view beautiful with the sight of the harbour and incoming ships, the Battery and Signal Hill. However, couldn't help feeling certain amount of tension among the staff.
