Lovely and clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Right next door to a restaurant as well which is extremely handy!

Was a nice place there was slight markings on wall and we had room 18 which was nice but at six in morning it had delivery vans reversing etc outside and was lovely but more basic ! Would recommend for the price and destination but it def needs a spruce up

Really good value. Room was quiet, clean, and warm with comfortable bed and good shower/bath. Good parking, and pub next door does good 'pub grub'. Exterior may need a bit of a TLC but nothing wrong inside.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, and in an ideal location to break the length of our journey, which was from Worcestershire to St Ives in Cornwall. The staff were helpful, and the room and bed were very good.

Lovely clean room. Good tv. Plenty of Tea and coffee available. There is a pub virtually next door. Had a really good quiet nights sleep. Only negative was the plastic chairs which weren’t that comfortable. But overall value for the money I paid

Postcode recommended for Satnav led us to a derelict industrial complex on opposite side of road. Took us a while to find access road to hotel due to poor signage

Clean, convenient, plenty of hot water and parking. Eatery next door, Just off A30. Village of Roche less than 6 minute drive.

The receptionist was not very friendly. On entering the room there was a distinct smell of poo. As the heater was left on it was very hot so we turned that off and opened the window. Having to leave window open by night we we're woken up a couple of times by traffic. The stairwell was dark, understandable by night but day time too? The beverage tray on reception was running low but topped up by request. The room needs updating and painting. Quite clean but just outdated. 3 towels between 2 adults. Bathroom floor was squeaky and uneven. Bed was quite comfy but no way was it a king-size as advertised. Holes in quilt cover. Only big bonus was pub next door although their online prices differ to prices on the menu in the pub. The pub staff very polite and friendly and chef was allergen aware. Served a purpose, just a shame some other guests did not know how to close their doors quietly.

Not good value at nearly £100 for the night. My room was tatty, smelt of damp. The bed was comfortable though. The receptionist in the afternoon was surly and unhelpful. The receptionists in the morning were very friendly Make sure you don't order breakfast when booking a room. It will be the takeaway box
