thank you for every thing Santu. every thing is perfect since i was in hotel. you realy interest with me and my room problems. You paid attention to the notes I left, and you delivered everything perfectly to me. My room was always clean, and you always did a great job.

This review is in regards to housekeeping services during my stay: I have stayed at this hotel multiple times for months at a time. The housekeeper I see frequently that services my room is “Santu”. He does an excellent job in checking in with me to see if I need any cleaning services whenever I see him in the hallway. The team leaves ample amount of towels, water, and toiletries to last for days. I request the A/C vents to be cleaned as well since the air that circulates from outside is very dirty and messes up my congestion/immune system. They have no problem cleaning it.

Great service by staff. especially by Subrata. The food was also really good. The cleanliness of the rooms was also nice. The bad point is the frequent electrical breakdown. But I understand that this is not the hotel fault. I will come back for sure

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The accommodations were top-notch, impeccably clean, and well-maintained. The front desk staff (Ruhl, Sonali, Piya, and Suchita) is exceptionally friendly and attentive. Special thanks to the dining personnel (Riddick and Ranjita) for their kindness and attentiveness and to Subrata, my house cleaner, for keeping my room spotless and comfortable. Highly recommend!

ALL is good with Raju service ,cleanning room is good,all staff friendly ,good with stay here in long time all short time with your benifit meeting or travel,with Farfiled mariot in chennail all is good with you and family,thank you to Raju agian.

Special recognition to Chef Senthil Kumar, Head Chef Mumtaz, Yash and all the waiters for the good food and warm hospitality. Simply superb as it makes us feel like home to be able to have hometown delicacies, chinese food, and they would try their very best to fulfill our cravings. Home away from home, Fairfield is one of the best choice of stay in Chennai!

Foods are very nice Veg and non veg foods are very good. Chinese and Indian foods are good. Very nicely serviced.they have not charges for kids And chef Mr.sendhil and Mr.***n are made food very nicely. ***y foreigners are there.and very nice place.
