I paid for a hotel that advertised a pool but pool was closed the next night i stayed at the baymont it was excellent

Beautiful Lobby and fireplace. Rooms big, very clean, comfortable beds.
Check in was the fastest we’ve seen. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The coffee was not the best and the beds were extremely hard. We stayed when they had a state wrestling competition in the city, and apparently "practice" was going on late at night and early in the morning. The heater/air conditioning unit was extremely finicky and it was either way too hot or way too cold.

It was terrible. The girl working the front desk was rude and did not want to help us with our air conditioner situation. The ac did not work all night and we couldnt sleep we were sweating and my 12 yr. Old and my 5 yr. Niece were with me. We contacted tyem twice and all they said was we are sorry there is nothing we can do. Yes you can change our room especially if we paid for our hotel in advance anyways. Will never go there again.

The pool and hot tub are broke down and I was not told this when making the booking. The area is dirty. They did give me a discount. This is my second issue with a comfort inn this week. Will never stay in one again.
