we are more than thrilled with the location, the service and the concept of the hotel. Everything here is very well organized down to the smallest detail, it is a boutique hotel with about 15 rooms, but each of them has a sea view, our room even has a large terrace about 10 m long with two loungers, there are also rooms with a whirlpool and the rooms are named after the islands of the Cyclades store. in general the whole hotel is very well organized and the food is also very good. the whole team of the hotel is always very committed to create an extraordinary experience for the guest. We would especially like to thank Maria from the reception, she made this stay a little paradise. The hotel also has a private beach which is very nice, you can go into the sea for more than 100 m and you are still standing with your feet on the bottom of the fine sand. The hotel's pool is also very nice. All in all, we can only warmly recommend the hotel and would like to thank Maria and the whole team

To jedno z najlepszych doświadczeń hotelowych mojego życia, a od lat pracuję w hospitality business. Lokalizacja bajeczna, upgrade do wyższej kategorii pokoju - miła niespodzianka. Obsługa przecudowna, właściwie wszyscy, ale na specjalne wyróżnienie zasługuje Pani Maria z baru na 5 piętrze - wielka klasa, uśmiech i nienarzucająca się gościnność. Trzeba było się jej posłuchać, bo pyszny club sandwich, który zamówiliśmy na lunch, faktycznie wystarczyłby dla dwojga! Zawarty w cenie valet parking to absolutna rzadkość i to mnie również bardzo pozytywnie zaskoczyło. Na pewno wrócimy.

Faciliteiten: vrijwel compleet. De airconditioning is een keer kapot gegaan. Hygiëne: goede staat. Er is een ruime badkamer. Omgeving: er zijn weinig toeristen en geen winkels in de buurt, erg rustig en leeg. Het exclusieve strand ligt niet in het hotel, u kunt de receptie vinden als u daarheen wilt. Service: OK, er wordt direct gereageerd als u belt.

New and beautiful property, just off the main road. Magnificient pool and small open-air gym. Walk to the beach - approx 10 min. Staff are very polite and happy to assist. Food could be improved to include more vegetarian and local options. Great value for money.

Geweldig verblijf! Niet ver van het stadscentrum, de zwembaden zijn mooi en het personeel is vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was zo goed en ze hebben zelfs livemuzikanten die spelen voor het diner. Geweldig, zou het zeker aanraden aan anderen! Het busstation ligt op slechts tien minuten van het hotel. Heel gemakkelijk om hier te komen vanaf station Agios Nikolaos. De bus kost slechts 7,8€ vanaf de stad Heraklion. Ik heb van elke seconde van mijn verblijf genoten!

I booked a superior swim up room thinking of being able to enjoy the view lying at the pool. There was no shade at all after midday. No umbrella. I left. Reception very friendly. Dinner was average.

Beautiful hotel complex. Very well equipped rooms. Limited infrastructure around the hotel which has its advantages (you can relax greatly without any additional incentives) and minus. On the minus the organization of the trip to the restaurant when the boat was not able to sail.

We stayed here for 4 nights. I had booked a sea view room, but they said it was upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi. While the jacuzzi was nice and relaxing, the sea view was quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The property is located in a remote and peaceful part of the island. It has excellent internet access and a decent outdoor gym. Since it is right by the sea, you can enjoy walking or running along the coast to the nearest town, Mavrikianon. One important thing to mention is that the property does not have direct access to the sea. To swim, you need to go to either Plaka Beach, which requires a minimum spend of €40 per person to use the sunbeds, or to Mavrikianon Beach, which is much more affordable at €5 per person for the entire day. Mavrikianon Beach is very pleasant and close to markets where you can buy drinks. There are also some good food and drink spots nearby, such as Rudi’s Bar, a British-style pub, and Porto Rino, which serves great pizzas. Make sure to skip Nico’s Fish Tavern and try the Ferryman instead — you won’t regret it. What we found most frustrating was the lack of mosquito screens on the windows. Sleeping with the windows open was not really an option, even though the natural breeze was wonderful. Our room had air conditioning, but we tend to get sick sleeping with it on. There was a ceiling fan as well, but it is a shame to miss out on the fresh air simply because of a missing screen. The breakfast was also a disappointment. There were very few options, the coffee was not good, and the omelettes were overcooked. The most inconvenient part of our stay was the parking system. You have to check in and out with security every time, which felt excessive and time-consuming. It gave the impression of entering a high-security zone, not a relaxing holiday resort. Overall, it was a good experience with some nice features, but for the price, it lacks comfort and convenience in a few key areas. .

I booked this place for the view. When I got there my room had no view. They apologised and upgraded me to a duplex with 2 balconies and 2 amazing views.
