Brighton Shores

Excellent view of ocean, which was spectacular during the thunderstorms. Easy access to tram, beach, shopping and restaurants.

Lovely apar**ent, great views, good location, we would definitely stay there again when we are on the Gold Coast.

Very friendly staff and people staying or living in the apar**ents. Easy transport to Pacific Fair or Australia Fair. The apar**ent had a beautiful view and loved the amount of space. Only downside was a lot of lights didn't work and the maintenance of the property was a little dated. Otherwise very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a week with 7 people. It was an excellent space with easy access to various amenities in the area. The pools and spa were awesome too. A perfect launching point for theme parks and shopping. 😀

Only complaint was the bed in main bedroom was terrible,found everything else was perfect.

Our stay in February 2023 We believe feedback & reviews are always good so you can improve for other guests. 1. My husband had to unblock the sink in the bathroom on our first day as the water wouldn't empty. 2. I wasn't able to slide the glass door open onto the verandah as it seemed off the sliders. My husband also had trouble & hurt his shoulder(making 2 Physio appoin**ents to give him relief while we were there) on the first day opening it. We mentioned this to Karen who said she couldn't open it either. 3.. The toilet seat fell off. 4. We had to have the bottom sheet changed & remade as it had large stains (looked like mildew). This was rectified after we brought it to Karens attention. 5. The large (blocked with dust) air vent in the lounge/kitchen area was blowing a dusty smell giving me sinus. My husband sprayed it with a sanitiser & had to suck the accumulated dust out of the vent with the vacuum cleaner. 6. The chairs on the verandah had rusted legs at the bottom which made it uneven when we used them to sit on. This could have caused one of us to fall off the chair.

Splendid location for retail and dining experiences. Only issue i had was the blinds are only privacy thickness so at 5am the sun woke us up...regardless of the time we went to sleep.
