Beeches is a lovely, comfortable boutique guest house. This was our 2nd visit and I would always choose to stay here when in Southend-on-Sea. Jo and Buzz are great hosts and so so accommodating - thanks.

This place is beautiful. Our twin room was lovely with a gorgeous bathroom and lovely toiletries.
There is a free car park behind he guest house which is great.
Lovely breakfast menu.
Staff could not have been more helpful.
Nice walk into Southend.
Will definitely go back.

Charming Bed and Breakfast on the shore in Southend-on Sea. Hosts Buzz and Jo were delightful and very helpful in finding us transportation in the area. The breakfast was delicious! Clean, comfortable room and bath. Can't wait to return for a longer stay!

Great place in a very nice location n the esplanade and very nice hosts. The rooms are very nicely furnished, modern bathroom and all very clean. Very nice place for breakfast with excellent food.
Parking could be a little tricky to find a place on the street in front, but there is a parking behind the buildings in front that serves multiple properties.

The hotel was excellent and very tidy and the service provided was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was included and I was impressed with the amount of variation. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and will hopefully visit again!

I cannot fault The Beaches. It was clean, comfortable, great location overlooking the sea. Lovely breakfast.

Fabulous little guest house. Extremely well decorated. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Welcoming hosts. Great breakfast. Parking is on the street outside, on a first come, first served basis.
