receptionist service was very unhelpful. I requested a change to my stay schedule 1 day before the day I booked the accommodation. or a partial refund solution because I entered the wrong arrival date where I was supposed to stay in March 2024. I have sent proof of my plane ticket to the receptionist. as proof that I accidentally made the wrong order regarding my request for a partial refund... even though a third party (trip.com) had helped to request a refund from the property... the receptionist's treatment at this hotel was really disappointing. there was no intention of helping me get my funds back... even though I also booked the wrong hotel for Brisbane, and they were very kind and still allowed me to refund the remaining nights of my stay...

Exactly what it says it is. If anything photos don’t do it justice. Apartment was clean and tidy. Felt welcome and very safe. Staff provided excellent service and had great communication skills. Suburb is quiet and had a great atmosphere. Wonderful place to stay.

The apartment hasn’t even had the bins emptied from the last guests , we had to ask several times for clean towels milk and coffee

We stayed here for 7 nights, upon arrival we noticed a really stained couch which had blood stains on also and we got into bed on the first night and also noticed a blood stain on the pillow.
I emailed the reception as soon as possible because they dont do 24hr reception this was the only way to contact them at the time.
Although i didn't get a response for around 5 days the hotel manager was really lovely and couldn't be more apologetic about this, she offered us a late check out (of whenever we wanted) and also refunded a night for the inconvenience caused.
The rooms were great and had everything we needed, also had a lovely rooftop with amazing views.
This was in an ideal location and you can walk into the city in about 20 minutes whilst been in a nice quiet location. Also, its close to 3 coffee shops and an IGA so super convenient.
I was told there would be a deep clean done on the room we were in so if im ever back in Melbourne i would stay here again

Great location, friendly, helpful desk staff. However the room photo and ‘upscale’ description is totally misleading. The furniture is worn, inexpensive, and stained. The balcony is unkempt with no chairs with bars blocking the view. It is not a professionally cleaned place, plenty of evidence of uncleanliness. The washer/dryer combination is very difficult to use.
