A bit far from the train station, only one elevator is working, the other one is in maintenance.
Staffs are friendly and helpful.

In the city centra, easy to any where of Southampton. It’s room clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good!

Beautiful room with an amazing view. Breakfast was incredible. Service was immaculate! Only thing that let us down was the lift situation as after breakfast we waiting 25 minutes to get the lift back to the room. When we went to check out we waited 15 minutes and then decided to go down the stairs from the 9th floor as we were worried about missing checkout. Need more and bigger lifts. Or. Just maybe a life for the housekeeping team.
All in all it was still amazing and we hope to stay again soon

The location is good.
According to 7th floor the view was good too. we have luck to see the nice cruise 🛳 view and foggy view both.
Breakfast is good but not so many varieties of food. hostess and waitress have wonderful service.
The bed sheet have some blood dirts was disgusting 😒.
Carpet looked old and many stains on it.
Please try to do some deep cleaning for the room would help to get some more repeated guests.
