Room was in a good location, just a walk from chapel Street bars. Polite customer service.

Excellent apartments in Melbourne. Very spacious with large double bedroom with a queen size bed. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Large living room and modern kitchen that is perfectly equipped including washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment was regularly serviced with bed made and clean sheets and towels provided. Adam,Simon, Mariana and the entire team were all very accommodating and professional hosts. The apartments are right beside the train station but not at all noisy. Also very close to lots of shops bars and excellent restaurants. A few train or tram stop from Brighton and st Kilda beaches. Large Woolworths 10 minutes walk away. South Yarra is a beautiful part of Melbourne with many attractions just a few stops away and the amazing botanical gardens 15 minutes walk away. We had the holiday of a lifetime in Melbourne so thank you to all at So Ya for making it so special.

Outstanding staff from reception to housekeeping and maintenance, friendly and professional. Excellent location close to great restaurants and fitness alternatives. We really enjoyed the outdoor rear courtyard for a evening cocktail.

From start to finish this was such an amazing stay. I was able to check in early, the room was amazing, the bed super comfy and the front desk woman even helped me with my crazy heavy bag. It was in a safe neighborhood right near shops, food and public transport. Would recommend and stay again!

This is now my favourite Melbourne accommodation. The beds are just right, the layout is hip and suits remote work. It's close to restaurants and it ticks every box.

We’re a family of 4 (2A and 2C) and recently stayed here to attend the AFL grand final. This property was very close to the train station and only 1 stop away from the MCG. The self-contained apartment was well equipped, beds were very comfy, and the double glazed windows made the unit very quiet. We were very happy with our stay.
