Welcomhotel van ITC dwarka doet zijn naam geen recht. Ik verbleef 3 nachten. Het personeel neemt je als vanzelfsprekend aan. Vooral de receptioniste en de ***agers. Ze hebben allemaal dezelfde houding en vlekkerigheid op hun gezicht. Zij zullen u geen GST-rekeningen verstrekken als u deze speciaal van trip.com of agoda nodig heeft. De reactie van het personeel is zielig en meer van "we doen u een plezier" in plaats van een ervaring te bieden. Het netheidspersoneel en het onderhoudspersoneel waren vriendelijk, maar dat is het enige goede aan dit hotel. Zal niet meer dan 3 sterren beoordelen. Er zijn renovatiewerkzaamheden gaande en de meeste voorzieningen zijn niet beschikbaar. Roomservice is behoorlijk traag. Ik zal daar mijn hele leven niet blijven. Dat is zeker. Meer een veredelde trouwzaal dan een fatsoenlijke ervaring.
Eten: Eten in paviljoen 75 is goed. Bestel het bij zomato en ontvang het voor minder dan 50% van het hotelmenu.

Overall experience was good. I liked the hollow design of the hotel. The breakfast was great with range of choices and everything was delicious. I liked the choices of European style breakfast. It has a lot of guests and had to wait to check-in. There was no hand towel, shower floor towel or smaller towels, only bath towel. It was little disappointing. I would love to have all the steel and shower glasses clean, but it wasn't. Hope they will focus more on the deep cleaning. Overall i would recommend.

Hospitality was pretty fine, but hotel facility was all old and unsatisfactory. Considering the tariff and promotional rates of this hotel, I feel it unreasonable, and most of all the guests will be disappointed.

Due to unpreceded rains had my meeting cancelled had request hotel to reschedule my booking. told them I don't want refund but do reschedule for my stay even with additional charges but even with available occupancy they didn't listen and were not interested in entertaining my request.

It’s a good hotel, but don’t expect too much. Staff and Service is outstanding, breakfast is 7/10, rooms are good. Washrooms need a revamp in terms of the quality of taps, showers, etc. and the breakfast can be better too.
