Trash outside is gross. Front desk staff is great.

Room is very dated. Bathroom is dirty, door does not have safety locks. Tv remotes need batteries and no staff in lobby.

Cigarette burn holes in sheets. Dingy yellow pillow cases in room. Dirty bathroom and toilet. Obvious that others are living in some of the rooms. Walking around all hours of the night. Did not feel safe.

Microwave & fridge not working.
No coffee machine in room.

Very disappointing to say the least… Was looking forward to a clean, comfortable place to stay . Walked into room with dirty sheets, towels and leftover food on floor from previous guests.. Pool was closed and website says otherwise.. Just really disgusting and would never stay again.. Just white trash..

There was a brown stain on the walls, sheets were dirty and had old food and bugs in them, peeling paint and an odd mildewy smell. Just sleep in your car.

I was assigned two rooms. The first room was okay. Adequate enough for an overnight stay. The second room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. There were burn holes in the covers and some black stains on the sheets. There were no towels in the second room. The facility was understaffed during check in so there was a 10 minute waiting to be checked in and another 10 minute wait in the lobby to get towels.

I was displaced with my dog. We stayed for 4 nights and while there she had to be put down. They were very welcoming with her and then so kind when she passed away. The room was clean and safe and the staff was very attentive. The only issues were the wi-fi was very slow and hard to log on and the pool is closed.
