Terraz Tree Hotel Jakarta

It’s actually good the team was so kind and helpful, but the room is not to clean and tidy. Thank you

The Hotel is located in a very busy, strategic location, close to the BRT station. The room is spacious, TV is good. although needing some major improvements, I still had a nice time

4.3/5 ⭐ 😊 Service: Greeted by young FO staffs, check-in was smooth. One of them even offered to help with our luggage. Any request or problem can just WA them. 🎉 Highlight: After staying at so many hotels, this is the first time we’ve been asked personally for feedback during breakfast. I really appreciate that 🥰 Service is 5 stars from me! 🧼 Cleanliness: Pretty clean but I’m sure it can be improved. 📍 Location: Heavy traffic area, but lots of restaurants nearby which is convenient. 🛁 Amenities: Very basic. But the 2-in-1 shower gel smells good lol. Anyway I don’t expect more for a hotel at this price. 🍳 Breakfast: OMG I really didn’t expect they’d have such a variety of food and it was all delicious! Hey, the juice is really from real fruit, not artificial flavoring! 😆 Overall, I’m satisfied with what I paid. It was beyond my expectations! 🌸
