Sehr freundliches Personal.
Der Raum war gut aber man sah dass vor einiger Zeit Bettwanzen vorhanden waren.
Die Mahlzeitkarte war leider nur sehr begrenzt.
Die Kosten ein wenig zu überteuert für das Zimmer.
Der Pool (/ innen und aussen) war sehr schön beleuchtet und hygienists.
Die Aussicht vom Hotelzimmer war aber sehr schön.

Très très mal placé : en plein centre ville avec bcp de passage de tt types !! Pas de place de parking , la plage est trop pleine . Il n’a du « palace » que le nom ne mérite pas ces 5 étoiles .

Tijdens ons recente verblijf in het 5-sterrenhotel waren we allesbehalve onder de indruk. Dit hotel is voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar en verdient naar mijn mening maximaal 3 sterren. Een van de grootste teleurstellingen was het buitengedeelte. Ondanks de aanwezigheid van een buitenzwembad, was de bar gesloten, enkel tijdens het weekend kwam de ober van de all-in bar zo nu en dan eens naar buiten om drankjes op te nemen. Ook het eten liet veel te wensen over. Elke dag werd hetzelfde buffet geserveerd met weinig tot geen variatie. De meeste gerechten waren tegen de tijd dat je aan tafel ging al koud. Bovendien waren er geen normale lepels beschikbaar, enkel kleine plastic lepeltjes, wat niet past bij een hotel dat vijf sterren claimt te hebben. De koffiemachine in het restaurant was vuil en onhygiënisch. Ik had het genoegen om de binnenkant te zien bij het vervangen van de koffie zelf. De kamer was wel mooi en ruim. Enig nadeel: Wifi was maar in een hoekje van de kamer te ontvangen en televisie en airconditioning werkten niet, wat het comfort enigszins beïnvloedde. Extra frustratie was er bij het aanvragen van een fles water om mee te nemen tijdens een excursie. Ondanks het feit dat het ontbijt in volle gang was, kon dit niet zonder extra betaling omdat de all-inclusive bar nog gesloten was. Het gratis diner in het à la carte restaurant Le Must was een bijkomende ontgoocheling. Het bood geen enkele meerwaarde ten opzichte van het buffetrestaurant, met exact dezelfde gerechten die aanvoelden als restjes. Er was geen mogelijkheid om à la carte te bestellen; de enige keuzes die we kregen was vis, kip of steak, zonder specifieke gerechten te benoemen. Dit hotel is ideaal voor wie op zoek is naar een plek waar weinig te beleven valt en ik zou het zeker niet aanraden voor een reis als gezin met tieners. Het enige positieve was de vriendelijkheid van het meeste personeel.

Redelijk net hotel. Wel verouderd en niet goed onderhouden. Eten was ronduit slecht en vrijwel uitsluitend veel vlees en weinig plantaardige opties. Geen goede bestemming voor vegan. Als ik binnenkort weer naar Sousse moet, kies ik voor een ander hotel.

Good hotel, staff were pleasant and helpful on arrival. Good personal care, the house keeping was brilliant and staff attended to all our needs on arrival. The room was clean and tidy. The breakfast menu was fantastic, had a variety of options on display.

I was here several times and on reception first welcome you ALWAYS AMAZING 🤩 ULTRA FRIENDLY 🤩 and ULTRA HELPFULL AND KIND ALL reception staff (Mr. Abderazek, Mr. Rami, Mr. Mehdi and Ms. Chaima with friendly porters and security staff. 🥇⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🥇 🥇Very nice reception design and decoration and very clean🥇 Excellent food with amazing decoration in restaurant as you would prepare at home. Very tasteful, a lot of choice and very friendly waiters and service. Hotel have a lot of different tipes of nice rooms with free sef and free wifi. Very friendly room maids . Nice Spa with massages, hamam, sauna, astetich, gym. All info about Spa service is provided by very friendly Ms. Maya. Hotel have amazing indoor (with jacuzzi) and outdoor very clean swimming pools and hotel beach with free sunbeds totaly near hotel and with very friendly staff. 💖 I had the pleasure of interacting with many people who displayed a level of high professionalism and kindness that exceeded my expectations. Hello! 👋 If you want the best hotel in Tunisia in Sousse, I recommend Sousse Palace, not only because of the good location. This is my third vacation here and I have never been disappointed. When you get off the bus, you will be greeted at the door by a cheerful porter who will help you get your luggage’s inside. The service at the reception is very professional and polite, if a problem arises, it is always quickly resolved by them. A friendly smile and a pleasant attitude are the basis of everything and it is all there. Honor and praise to the chefs, the restaurant always offers excellent and very tasty dishes, and the most demanding customer will be satisfied! All restaurant employees are always helpful, cheerful, pleasant and polite, always help to find a free table and quickly bring ordered drinks to the table. The bartenders always has their hands full and with a smile on their faces. They serve you just the kind of drink you want. The rooms are clean and the cleaning staff are very reliable. Also on the beach and in the pool, there are helpful staff. Always there to help you if you need a chair or a table. There is also a wellness center in this hotel, where various types of massages and other relaxations are offered, the people working there have excellent skills and all customers get what they want. It is also possible to order the desired sea and land trips at the hotel. I recommend this hotel to everyone and I will always come back here myself. Here I feel that I am welcomed and taken care of like at home! Love from Estonia! Big thanks for everyone who making my visits here so wonderful! 😘
