In a great spot in the old part of town. Very close to everything. Lovely service. Excellent breakfast. Very accomodating. Would stay again

Beautiful historic building within a fantastic location. Staff are all so friendly & helpful. Not all rooms have a balcony but as it is so central you wouldn't get much of a view (as the buildings are all very close to each other). Breakfast is lovely & varied & rooms are very comfortable.

We stayed at this small hotel for 4 nights, and confirmed the parking arrangements a couple of weeks before arrival, due to the Rivoli being on a pedestrian street. We were welcomed by Teresa who was very friendly and asked about how we'd be spending our time and such. Fabio on the Reception desk was also friendly and helpful, he had replied speedily to our email about the car parking. The process is well organised - just be sure you have 'phone credit to use in Italy so you can call the hotel when you arrive in the nearby Square. The location is perfect in the old town, for the characterful area, easy walk to shops and lots of places to eat and drink. Only a few minutes' walk to the Marina Piccola too. The shower in the en-suite was great, just what's needed and appreciated. There was unexpected lovely shampoo and gel too. The included breakfast was as expected in the small breakfast room.

Excellent Hotel and Staff. Thank you so much to Teresa and Fabio for their hospitality and Excellent Customer service. They took care of everything including transportation and tours. Hotel is close to everything restaurants, shops, entertainment. Loved it! Thank you!!😊

The Hotel is located in the Old Town and Car access is not possible. Due to cobble stones Roads in the Old Town one must carry/lift the Luggage. Absolutely no Intension from Hotel staff to help with Luggage or Car Parking (€93 for two nights for a public car park) Considering the location, the size of the Room, the limited Breakfast selection this Hotel is very basic but of course the Price does not reflect this.

Fantastic little hotel, very clean and tidy. The staff who we dealt with were fantastic, reception were very patient with me trying to get ' thank you ' in Italian pronounced right even though they tried I was hopeless !! The lady running breakfast was very happy and good to chat with.... staff were a credit to the hotel. A good location, just off the main street, down a side alley and if you don't mind a 10 min walk and steps... close to the harbour.

Overall, we had a really good holiday. The hotel was an excellent base in a good location. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. My daughter can have mobility issues and it wasn't an issue at all on this holiday. Everyone managed to fill up at breakfast time despite differing tastes. We stayed in an attic suite. When we arrived, the air conditioning was playing up but that was already in hand when we mentioned it. The suite was lovely and cool for the rest of the trip. The room was split into two parts which was big enough for our family, which included my 16 and 22 year old daughters. I loved the bathroom tiles. The only wish I would really have made was for there to have been a door on the double room for a little more privacy (although we didnt find it too much of an issue in the grand scheme of things).

Just left this cute boutique hotel today. This hotel is in an excellent location, right around the corner from everything. We walked there from the port, super easy. We did have a few hiccups when we arrived, like the air not working well but a technician came out and they fixed it for us. Teresa was super helpful. She was able to book us a private transfer to Naples last minute and gave us a great dinner restaurant recommendation. Fabio was also very nice. Susan at breakfast was super nice and the breakfast was good Enough to get your day started. We stayed in one of the top attic rooms which was very roomy for us and our son. We didn’t get to go to the rooftop because it was very warm during our stay. I would recommend more hooks in the bathroom for your bath towels. But would stay again!

We recently stayed in this lovely hotel in May of 2023. From the moment we checked in, till the time we left was nothing but extraordinary. The staff was amazing from the lovely gentleman who checked us in to the lady who took care of us at breakfast everyday. Everyday that we left we were wished a lovely day and then on return we were asked how our day went, down to remembering where we had gone. The room was very large and clean and had a lovely little balcony overlooking one of the walkways. The rooftop view was amazing! Breakfast was outstanding and much more than we expected with a huge variety of foods including eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, many types of pastries and croissants and yogurt and cereal. We were offered fresh coffee and cappuccino every AM as well and always made to feel pampered. This hotel is right in the heart of the main part of Sorrento and easily walkable to everywhere you want to go. I would not hesitate for a minute to stay here again, hopefully I will get the chance! Thank you so much for making our trip memorable
