酒店是家族傳承，服務人員都非常nice，看出是發自內心的喜愛這份工作…好巧，遇上他們米其林晚宴，全程佈置震撼，從草坪酒會開始，到海上煙花秀，從現場小提琴莫奈畫，到終場全體熱舞狂歡🎉，整個氛圍場景宛如童話……完美詮釋意大利人對美好細節的不懈追求！推薦來南意的朋友，一定要來體驗一下

We komen nu voor de t****e maal naar Excelsior Vitoria , de warme hartelijke welkom dat we bij iedereen ervaren geeft ons reeds het coming home gevoel. De situatie , de inrichting en de faciliteiten zijn van groot niveau. Het ontbijt springt er echt boven uit de keuze van het buffet is vrijwel uniek( meer dan 20 verschillende home made taarten)

Wat is dit een prachtig hotel! Midden in een bruisende stad, maar in volledige rust en met mooie tuin. Echt pure luxe en dat net buiten de Amalfi kust. De kamers zijn uiterst ruim en compleet. Lekkere toiletartikelen en alle voorzieningen die je wenst. Ook de rest van de kamer is compleet en we hadden prachtig uitzicht op zee met een eigen ruime balkon met zitjes. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid, buffet en vanaf de kaart. Erg lekker en vers. Maar zo is de lunch bij het hotel ook en het diner in hun fine-dining restaurant. Ontzettend lekker en verrukkelijk menu. De chef weet z’n smaken goed te combineren en maakt unieke gerechtjes. Bij het zwembad veel comfortabele bedjes en eigen bar voor hapje en drankje tussendoor. Vanaf het resort loop je zo het bruisende centrum in. Daar veel leuke winkeltjes en goede restaurantjes. De eigen spa is ook zeer goed van het hotel. Laat je lekker verwennen hier…

we loved this hotel so much. from check in to ck out we were treated to an experience that was unbelievable the hotel is gorgeous. we drove and it was super easy to park. room 306 was amazing with the most beautiful terrace. breakfast was a perfect experience. the grounds are filled with flowers and trees that are magical.

Lovely hotel with beautiful views, gardens, and accommodations. The staff was amazing and treated our family wonderfully. The breakfast buffet and service each morning was the best we’ve ever experienced. Definitely recommend to all to stay here.

This hotel is an exceptional place to stay while in Sorrento. The accommodations are first rate and the staff is amazing. The included breakfast is terrific and offers almost anything you could imagine. The hotel is also pet friendly. We stayed for a week and wished we could have stayed longer.

Great hotel with awesome views. The service is top notch and the staff will go the extra mile. The grounds are immaculate. But, very very hard and uncomfortable beds. Quite disappointing considering how expensive this hotel is …. And left a bad taste

We had the incredible experience of spending five nights in the palatial Margaret Room which was in a class of its own with excellent views of the ocean from its balcony. This is a grand, magnificent hotel. The views from its terrace is spectacular. The service is top level at all times. The buffet breakfast is excellent with live piano music and spectacular views of the ocean. The soirees and dinners we attended were exquisitely done.

I love this hotel! Location is perfect - in the middle of town, but lots of privacy from the sprawling stunning grounds. The hotel was festive and decked out for Christmas. The staff is friendly and helpful, always smiling and kind. The hotel is simply stunning. 5 stars all the way. Can’t wait to stay here again.
