Excelente cama e banho. O atendimento também é muito cortês. O único ponto é a acústica dos quartos, se quiser descansar durante o dia, para quem tem sono leve ou quer silêncio para se concentrar em uma leitura, por exemplo, o barulho que vem dos corredores e dos quartos anexos incomoda bastante. Fora isso, é muito bom!

Hotel é muito bom, mas tive problemas com a reserva, fiz reserva para duas pessoas e chegou na hora, além da espera, fizeram eu pagar a diferença, bem como me colocaram no quarto inferior que eu havia reservado.

have stayed in a few different hotels in Sorocaba. This one is the best. It is spacious and airy and immediately feels like a holiday instead of just a hotel. I have a 3 year old daughter and all the stuff in the activity areas were great. Also there were heaps of other kids there too. Ellen on reception was also outstanding as she speaks English and helped me a lot. 👍 Cheers Russ

Very poor room service! They have no room service at all! We’re with 2 3yo children and we had to pick up drinks and snacks ourselves (empty minibar), tried to Call the front desk for extra towels for our kids but they had no one to bring them to the room, there was this time that I got locked out of the room carrying one of the kids wet from pool and crying and there was no one to bring an extra key, no one looking at the cameras to see how desperate I was, no phones on the corridors. Asked the front desk if that was the service and the man said "it is what it is", and I thought it was very rude. We ended up leaving in the same afternoon, the only thing good was the pool but it's a bit dirty. Oh, the restaurant's food is very good and the kitchen staff is amazing. Looks like 2 distinct places 😅 kudos to Jesse, and the ladies who made us feel comfortable having lunch with both kids!

Excellent! I have many good friends and I detach the names of best friends and hotel best workers: First- front desk. All are very quick and capable advices. And Pedro is my smoking friend number one?!!? Kkk The manager is great human being!! Lastly my friends in restaurant rated in ten!! They are…Luighi, Débora, Denize, Rose, Renata, kawane, Cleide, Dani, Paulo, Thiago, Carol, Júlia!!Emilly.
