Not only were the monkeys amazing and the peace and serenity of the place was so magical, the hotel staff was unlike any other. They were soooo accommodating. Any request they made it happen, they made sure you got food, were so kind, and always ask for help to make your stay the perfect experience. What an amazing group of people and beautiful place

Everything was great while staying here! Super friendly staff and hotel is so peaceful. You can walk to Xcaret parks as well! Must stay!!!!!

The staff were absolutely phenomenal. They were the highlight of our stay. They were so friendly and accommodating. One employee even gave us a banana to feed some monkeys. This hotel is a bit far from anything so the location wasn’t the best for us since we didn’t have a vehicle.

Delightful little hotel next to Xplor Park. The staff are kind, friendly, and helpful. I stayed on the third floor of their tree house style lodgings and loved it. A troupe of spider monkeys frequented my balcony, breakfast and dinner were excellent, and Renee gave me among the best — if not the best — massages of my life. I will, without a doubt, be back next year! (And book a longer massage)!

great place to stay if you like nature thanks to Nemesio, Fanny and rest of crew make it more enjoyable to stay only deal if you don't bring a car transportation is available at the main hwy but place is nice.

Amazing property nested in nature, very kind, friendly and helpful staff, environment a little to noisy during the day due to highway and parks proximity, I fully recommend it if able to disregard surrounding disquietness.

We stayed at Terasu because of the close proximity to XCARET! without the high prices of the resorts nearby. A 15min walk or 7 min taxi ride. The room (king suite) was great. Plenty of room for myself and two kids (ages 11 and 8). The pool was nice to take a quick dip in the late afternoon heat (it was a little murky, but that doesn’t bother us) The service was great and so was the breakfast. They helped me get a taxi to and from the hotel and nearby towns. There were some loud noises the first night from the neighbors ducks/geese. Ear plugs were provided though! My only suggestion is that if you don’t have a car, there isn’t any nearby restaurants to eat dinner at unless you take a taxi. Loved the design of the hotel and how they incorporated the trees into the design. Thank you so much!
