Nice hotel. Location in a student area. Would need to travel to get to the city centre. Heater/ac makes noise. Because it’s cold we needed to leave it on. Other than that, everything was good.

Een oud gedateerd hotel, slecht Engels sprekend, bedden was het enige wat goed was maar de hygiëne was ver te zoeken. Dikke laag stof en het braaksel van vorige gasten zat nog op de muur en wc pot, gevraagd om schoon te maken zouden ze doen maar zagen geen verschil, en schone handdoeken ja dat lag eraan of er genoeg waren want met veel gasten was dat niet altijd het geval …..

Absolutely awful place, from the hotel not looking anything like the pictures, rude staff who glard at us everytime we entered Reception, towels or loo roll not changed once in 4 days, mouldy food left in the fridge from previous guests, hairs in fridge and all over spare bedding. This experience completely ruined our trip. The hotel staff were not helpful and the lady at the front of house was quite confrontational when my partner asked for help to open the room, She shouted in his face!!! I urge anyone not to book this hotel. We have complained to our holiday company and plan to take this further.

Building very tired and photos do not resemble what it looks like now. Place is stinking of stale smoke and is dirty. Lots of broken items including lights, window handles, doors, etc. Mould and water damage to walls and ceilings around light fixtures. Electrical sockets on walls open and exposing wires. Floor and counters were dirty. Fridge was dirty inside and then filled with water the next day. Constant noise sounded like a chair scraping on the floor from the room above. Easily the worst place I have ever stayed.

Our stay was only for one night but it was bad enough, the only positive was the receptionist when we arrived he was polite and helpful , the room was in bad condition the second room was even worst bugs was walking around the air-condition was not working. The night receptionist and next day the receptionist in the morning looked like they were in bad mood and they were not polite.
This hotel is not recommended

The room was not clean properly. It was smelly. In my last day in the hotel the door could not be open from the inside. I called receptionist to unlock me and I had to wait 15 minutes. The door wasn’t fixed until the end of my stay.
The following morning the staff unlocked me again to get out.
Do not recommend!!!

Place were very clean inside room , pleasant house keeping every day .
Areas outside is not much fun or stuff to do like restaurants. If you need to stay for a work meeting somewhere that is close to airport and downtown Sofia it’s a good location!

3 night in aparthotel for leisure. Room very nice, housekeepinh every day take off gabgage and refill everything for bathroom, maybe it wpuld be nice to clean windows propperly and below bed, but for this price is very good. Little bit outside city centre, but around is also enough to see/view. Taxi from aparthotel to city center approx 4-5-6€. Ms. Irina (I hope I wrote her name good, is great!
