Ibis Sofia Airport Hotel

Deze locatie is relatief handig. U kunt de kamer de hele nacht reserveren, zelfs als u erg laat op de luchthaven aankomt. Het hotel biedt een pendeldienst naar de luchthaven. Dit hotel wordt sterk aanbevolen.

Het was echt verkeerd om te kiezen om te blijven, de locatie van het hotel is erg slecht, er is niets in de buurt, het personeel was lui en maakte de kamer vier dagen niet schoon, de service bij de receptie is slecht, er zal geen volgende keer!

Allemaal erg comfortabel. Ik zal de ervaring zeker herhalen

Hey friends! A night at the hotel, me and my wife. I called from the airport and asked for a shuttle - within 7 minutes a shuttle came. Beautiful! Check in for a few minutes - short and to the point and professional. A room was already ready. Reasonable, tasty and varied breakfast. On the floor of the rooms there is a facility with hot and cold water and sparkling water. I have not met anything like this in any hotel in Europe, Japan or the Middle East. Good air conditioning in the room and soundproofing. For the negative: TV in the room includes satellite broadcasts, only there is no explanation for activation?! No channel list either?! No glasses in the room?!; There is a water heater and no coffee or tea at all?!; Water pressure in the shower is weak and also not very hot water. Must note that for a fee you can buy a cup of coffee in the lobby 24/7. In conclusion: nice place, nice staff, and not bad value for the price. recommend Best regards, Dr. Joseph Guy

Room is a bit old style. TV is small. Shuttle to airport not on time for my reserved time (Waited 30+ min), but not sure if this is common. Breakfast is great (considering the grade of the hotel - a variety of hot options). Great view of city and parking lot in room. Friendly staff.

The hotel is not worth your money as it's rooms are very poor, beds were a piece of wood with a piece of foam on top. I couldn't sleep all night long. The room is tiny bearly your could walk. not going to book it again.

We stayed here because our flight arrived late night and shuttle bus came to the sofia airport after calling the hotel. We prefer to get the shuttle bus without calling (ex. it's better if we can call the bus by app or text etc). However, the driver and all staff were really nice and friendly. Our train was very early morning so we asked the hotel to prepare our breakfast and it was really good! Thank you. Our room didn't have bathroom rug.
