Rooms are very dark, also they left stains on the counters.
Great location for a hotel, but if you have any sensitivity smell, I would stay away, the rooms are heavily scented with fragrances.
When you walk in, it’s like walking into someone spraying cologne.
Valet is slow for $50 / day.

I do wish the overnight parking was a bit cheaper. The $50 is pretty steep. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay at the Thompson. The manager Madeline took care of room making sure I was on a high floor with city views. I didn’t realize the rooftop is closed on Sundays, but that was okay. I can’t wait to come back for another staycation which will be very soon

Beautiful hotel. The room, the lobby, bar, and lounge were very modern and well decorated. The service was impeccable. I will definitely stay at the Thompson on my next visit it Atlanta. My wife and I were sad to leave.

My daughters and I stayed just two nights and loved the Thompson. The rooms were wonderful, clean and stylish. The staff was helpful and accommodating to us. We loved the location and being able to walk to great shopping and dining.

Valet parking overnight charge to high
Call about incidental charge front desk guy on 8.6 was rude with regards to the release of funds. Usually 24 hours release of funds he tried to tell me 72 hours

It was amazing!! Only thing can say is odd smell at the door but the hotel is beautiful and my room was amazing and smelled great!! I definitely would come back to stay anyway in Atlanta!
