Qualité de service très médiocre. Nous avons eu accès à notre chambre qu’à partir de 16h soit 1h après l’heure du check-in initial. La chambre ne disposait d’aucunes serviette, pas de tapis de bain etc… Une catastrophe ! Je ne recommande pas du tout et n’y remettrai plus les pieds ! Une honte cet hôtel des années 90…

Prima hotel, fijne kamers. Het eten is aan de hoge kant qua prijs wat betreft de kwaliteit. Mooi zwembad en strand. Bediening vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Fijne plek voor het gehele gezin. Helaas was de spa ruimte dicht tijdens ons verblijf

We are repeat visitors and were disappointed in a few things. We checked in to find no towels in the room, only a bath towel. There was no hair dryer, The man had to come and install it, literally, in the wall. Clearly it’s off season as I don’t think there was more than 4 rooms taken. Both were rectified quickly when we called. It’s better to stay there in season in my opinion.

My friends and I went to this hotel go enjoy the pool and the private beach access, the whole experience was fun but one little setback made it kind of bad. There was this security man I guess who was wearing a pink shirt who made sure our stay was horrible, he was mean and rude and so disrespectful, he kept telling us to stop taking pictures at “his hotel” and to go out. This little rude encounter made us leave the hotel at once and we swore we wouldn’t go back as long as he’s there. The other staff were incredibly nice and helpful.

We needed a few days to rest up from a fun but exhausting visit to Mauritania. L’amphitrite was the perfect place. It was the slow season so we got to enjoy the staff and had a super Spa Day. The food is excellent and the pool looked great (it was a little cold and rainy when we were there).

For those who don't kow the place, the location is fantastic, but the rest is below average. It is safe to take a drink but avoid the restaurant. Their menu carte is two lines, poor, limited and very expensive. If you order a pizza, your are in for a frozen dough and not well cooked. Forget the fresh mushrooms, they are canned. Their three offers of meat are minimal and badly presented. Don't talk about fish, they don't know it, or at least prepare it. The service is amateur apart from Houcine. I wouldn't recommend this place for a meal.
