Hotel was neat and clean. But hotel was not providing the drinking water. Guest buy the water bottle with payment making.

Rooms were clean and the room setup was good too. Linen were fresh. Staffs were polite. Housekeeping can be improved.

Although the location is good, however, the maintenance is poor. Service is limited. Buffet breakfast is not available, but served in room. Tea in room is outsourced. Can be a good hotel in future if some of these small issues are taken care of.

Ok, ac was not working properly, and complimentary breakfast has arranged outsource only because they have not own restaurant. Tar-riff is high.

I have taken 3 rooms in the property, all rooms are spacious and comfortable but all rooms bed covers are not clean, room no 201s exhaust fan not run, 203 s air conditioning control not working fresh up kit(toothbrush, paste, bathing bars)not given. No water bottles in rooms.
