Er was niets teleurstellend aan de locatie of faciliteiten. Ik kreeg echter te maken met rassendiscriminatie door het personeel, wat het begin van mijn reis zeer onaangenaam maakte. Ze zeiden dat er een probleem was met de kamer die we hadden geboekt, dus namen ze ons stel mee naar een oude, armoedige kamer in een gebouw naast het hotel in plaats van naar het hotel. Toen ik de kamer zag, vroeg ik het personeelslid om mij de kamer opnieuw te laten zien, maar ze bleven weigeren mij een hotelkamer te geven en zeiden dat er nog maar één kamer over was en dat zelfs in die kamer de kraan in de gootsteen zat. werd gerepareerd. Niettemin vroegen we om te wachten tot ze het hadden gerepareerd, en pas toen vertelden ze ons dat er nog één kamer over was in het hotel. De faciliteiten en netheid van de kamer waren goed, maar het gedrag van de medewerker verslechterde het imago van het hele hotel.
De werknemer mag niet vergeten dat rassendiscriminatie een ernstige zonde is.

Mooi hotel, overal waar je kijkt kunst.
Netheid in de hotelkamer kan beter, vieze hoekjes, bij de kast slaapkamer enz.
De kamer wordt wel elke dag gepoetst en ruikt dan lekker fris, elke dag schone handdoeken, een prettig verblijf

I loved this hotel!! I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler. Miguel at the front desk was friendly and accommodating.
I had lunch and breakfast there-yummy food and wonderful waiter!!
I would definitely stay here again!

beach Is right in front of the property. There are many restaurants in walking distance. It’s a quiet area, good for relaxing.

Great location on the north side of Sitges so it gets you away from the crowds and noise, but still within easy walk. Beautiful beach front ocean views. Lots of artwork. AC is not as cold as we like and could use an update.

The reception and pool areas are wonderful with amazing art everywhere. Very boutique. Rooms were very clean but dated. However I would stay again as it was very good value overall.

The property was listed as a 4-star hotel and although the reviews were good, that was not our experience. Firstly, there are steep steps to access the hotel which is challenging with multiple suitcases. They’ve no visible doorman, bellman or employees other than a receptionist. Secondly, we were given a room that was 10 steps above the 3rd floor. Since the elevator only goes to floor 3, we had to carry luggage up more stairs. Next, the room had 2 small wall A/C units which were not adequate for the suite we were in so the room would not cool down. It was extremely hot and even with the blackout curtains pulled, it was very uncomfortable. It defeats the purpose of paying for a sea view room when we can’t open the curtains. While we were waiting for our room, we had the breakfast buffet which consisted of cold scrambled eggs, sliced ham, toast, fruit and coffee dispensed from a machine. The breakfast was $32 and was nowhere near 4-star quality. We did finally get a new room about 10pm which was cooler, but we left the next morning foregoing the second night we’d paid for. The location is nice and the yacht club was fun, but the experience at the hotel was about 3 stars at best.

I don’t know where to start. I love art. I have my BFA and have been involved with all kinds of art. Both in NYC and Los Angeles. I have been to shows, galleries and museums all over the world. Not only does what was on “display” in my room puzzle me it worries me that someone with the wear with all to run a hotel as nice as this hotel could be would decorate my room the way they did. I was in New York during the crack epidemic and or room looked like the visualization, poorly executed, of the fever dream of a crack head in the throes of withdrawal. And I don’t mean to insult the addict.
I kid you not there is a glob of paint that looks like an actual smear of fecal material.
