Great check in and great food but the staff seem a bit rude and concierge was not so helpful if he is not getting any commission from the place you are interested on visiting .

Perfect stay! Perfect holiday! Staff was very nice. Best hotel in Istanbul 🙏 top service top quality best food.

請大家慎重選擇攜程，在異國被坑騙最慘的竟然是攜程。提前三天讓協調退房離店，説沒辦法一直拖拖拉拉，這就被鑽個空子，我自己改了旅遊計劃後，這又突然告訴我房間退過了，但是錢根本沒退給我，快睡覺前被逼着又多付一晚本已付清的房錢。

樓上一直有人弄出噪音，然後換了三個房間，感覺是被酒店員工惡作劇了。錄了音然後經理説是空調的原因，然後換了房間關了空調噪音更大了，同樣錄了音，然後浪費了了一下午的時間哪裡也沒去，最後實在忍不了晚上就退房了。另外，設施的維護程度甚至比不上一家普通的Marriot. 這個價格挺虧的，不建議。
