Hotel is 2 maanden geleden overgenomen door nieuwe eigenaar , ze zijn hier zo vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Heerlijk volledig ontbijt wat niet zou misstaan in een 5 sterren hotel . Prachtige gerenoveerde ruime familie kamers , voorzien van alle luxe. Hotel ligt heerlijk rustig op loopafstand heerlijke restaurants (400meter) , naar het meer en haven is 6 minuten lopen. Ruime eigen parkeerterrein alleen voor gasten Sara de receptioniste spreekt goed Engels en Duits en helpt je oprecht met al je vragen. Enige nadeel is dat ze vaak helemaal vol zitten , dus je moet op tijd boeken ! Note: in 2024 zal we ook een prachtig nieuw zwembad zijn aangelegd , want dat is het enige wat nog ontbreekt .

"Vintage" hotel, maar nog steeds comfortabel, schoon met een uitgebreid ontbijt. Zeer vriendelijk personeel, ze boden aan om een tafel voor ons te reserveren in een partnerrestaurant, waar we hebben gegeten (zondag in augustus en volledig restaurant) op het terras met een prachtig uitzicht op het Gardameer.

We had the junior suite that was perfect for four. Also very convenient with a small kitchen, and a very nice roof terrace. Situated on a calm area of the town.
We recommend this place!

Location is good, but not walking distance to the city of Sermione.

This lovely hotel is absolutely gorgeous. We enjoyed our time there so much. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Just awful. Extremely basic hotel which needs a complete renovation. We had a bad experience here and found the staff very unhelpful. Tried to book a taxi to get us to the train station the night before but they said taxis could not be pre-booked and to ask again the following morning. We had to ask again the following morning and they said they would order. Only when we were checking out nearly 2 hours later did they tell us that no taxis were available and we should get the bus. No apology nor any alternative but to get the bus with massive suitcases. We ended up missing our train onto Venice and had to buy new train tickets at 60 euro. Stuck on the train platform for 2.5 hours in 35 degrees heat. No fridge or even a kettle in the room. No safe or working tv. Just a square box room resembling more a cell than a hotel room. Don't stay here.

We have stayed here for two nights. The hotel doesnt look as good as in the photos but it is clean, the room had a comfy bed and the breakfast was nice. You received a paper to fill iut what you wanted to est for breakfast and after being seated az your table you have got it served. So dont expect a buffet breakfast. The drinks at the bar are pretty cheap so definitely worth trying! The staff was super nice and helpful. We choose this hotel as we wanted to drive around Lake Garda during the day and only needed a place to sleep. So if you are looking for a budget friendly, clean hotel with relatively good and quiet location, I highly recommend it to you!

Camera confortevole, letto comodo , personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione e ricca e adatta ad ogni esigenza. Posizione comoda per visitare le terme, parcheggio gratuito. Siamo stati molto bene all'hotel Mauro. Super consigliato!
