A resort type hotel in form of brick bungalow in Europe. It comes with a private pier where you could board on a comfortable boat going to Ortigia (the old town) in half an hour. The landscape there looks so gorgeous that anyone who lives in this hotel should miss it. It also has a private beach which can be accessed through a private tunnel which is quite interesting. Overall, a very beautiful resort overlooking the ortigia with very friendly services and 5-star facilities.

I would say it is one of the top hotels in Siracusa, location is about 15min ride from ortigia island but the hotel it self is great private beaches great service, very quiet and spacious. Regretted to only stay one night. Recommended.

Vriendelijk personeel, goede service, mooie ligging, zalig ontbijt met vooral lokale en in house producten , rustig, proper. Het ontbijt terras is geweldig gelegen, volledig uit de wind met zicht op zee en in de verte Ortigia. Adembenemend sunset terras.

Mooi complex, mooie tuin rondom de kamers. Personeel heel vriendelijk. We hadden kamer met balkon, maar het meubilair was ondermaats op terras. 2 ijzeren stoeltjes zonder kussens, Jammer! De minibar was extra duur. Privestrand was heel mooi en fijn om te liggen.De bar in t hotel is heel onpersoonlijk, niet gezellig. Ontbijt is heel basic en elke dag hetzelfde, geen vijfsterrenhotel waardig.badkamer heeft een erg kleine douche.

Mooi Hotel, prachtige uitzichten, proper. Uitgebreid ontbijt op terras is prachtig. Zoals op vele plaatsen in Italië spreekt niet iedereen even goed Engels, maar het team staat constant ter beschikking. Via whatsapp Je kan ook op 3 verschillende plaatsen genieten van zon (zwembad, zandstrand, rotsen strand), overal krijg je nieuwe handdoeken. Per privé boot (30€)!kan je naar hun restaurant areaM in Ortigia varen… heel mooi, lekker restaurant. (Prachtig terras). Het hotel is 10 jaar oud. De kamers zijn proper maar kunnen wel een opknapbeurtje gebruiken. Proper zijn ze zeker in tegenstelling tot veel andere plaatsen in Sicilië. Jammer is wel dat ze niets extra’s doen omwille van je huwelijk, dat is op de andere plaatsen wel het geval.

I had a very good service from staffs, reception, friendly staff at breakfast and delicious foods. Good job from House keeping and well done job from Gardener. I joined a group of yoga. The great view at the terrace looked over amazing sea view.

Really sad bad bad housekeeping average dinner breakfast was good but service was slow Coffee was burnt Took an hour to get our luggage from the room 1 hour to check out On complaint they were not apologetic at all The place location is amazing but I wish they put in more effort

Spectacular view from room across the bay to Ortiga day & lights at night . Staff friendly beautiful Sicilians & they all spoke English as our Italian is embarrassingly poor ! Breakfast on the terrace looking over cove & beach . Taxi boat to Ortiga in the day .

I was fortunate enough to be invited to a conference at the Minareto. The setting is fantastic, with the old city of Sircusa just across the water with Mt Etna snow, smoke and all in the background behind the old city. There are multiple outdoor gathering places for mixers or meals. The staff was highly attentive particularly Desk agent Luca. Kudos to Chef Francesco who took extra care to make sure that dietary needs were addressed in the most tasty and satisfying way possible. What a great setting and a wonderful hotel for a destination conference like the one I was attending, or for locals gathering for a special event.
