Family of four adults staying in one room. It is an older hotel and you have to drive past a depressed area, but the staff was nice, the room adequate and dinner and the breakfast was good.

We stayed here for four nights on our trip around Sicily. They have a large pool that was very refreshing since it was hot. It's a bit out of the way but an easy taxi ride to anywhere you want to go. I recommend Ortigia Island for the shopping, sights and restaurants.

A highly priced hotel that didn't match its value/expectations. The deluxe room is supposed to have one large bed but instead it is made up of two combined single beds The outdoor pool shower doesn't have enough water pressure. The hotel furniture is scarched, old, dented and the safe doesn't work. The shower is very small and it makes it hard to wash. The paint of the room is cracked and it is also peeling off. After all, the pool is in good condition, large and has shallow and deep waters. There is also enough parking space.

Ho dormito il 29 Febbraio 2024, eravamo in sei . L'albergo non è nuovissimo ma è tenuto molto bene : Stanze larghe , pulitissimo, parcheggio. Colazione variegata e abbondante, dolce e salato. Tutto bene. Ma la cosa straordinaria è la cordialità e la disponibilità .MI SONO RAPPORTATO CON 5 PERSONE DELLO STAFF, TITOLARE COMPRESO,TUTTI SINPATICI E CORDIALI. Se andate a Siracusa provate. Pisciotta Anche il ristorante va bene

Siamo stati per un fine settimana assieme ad amici, ci siamo trovati molto bene. Struttura pulita, personale molto attento alla clientela, ristorante meraviglioso. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene sia i primi che i secondi. Peccato che non abbiamo trovato il sole perché la struttura è dotata anche di una bellissima piscina

Personale cortese, sorridente e sempre disponibile. Hotel pulito, colazione abbondante( da migliorare la colazione internazionale). Bella la piscina. Accolgono gratuitamente i nostri amici a quattro zampe. Non lontani dai siti da visitare; necessità, però, l'auto personale.Lo consiglio.

Prenotiamo in quest'albergo per trascorrere a Siracusa il ponte del primo maggio. Collocato fuori dalla città, risulta comodo solo per chi è automunito. Noi lo abbiamo scelto un po' defilato proprio per avere una maggiore tranquillità (dal nome "hotel relax" prometteva parecchio), invece la prima notte, era di sabato, siamo rimasti svegli fino alle due perché l'albergo ospitava una festa privata con musica a tutto volume. Abbiamo dovuto contattare la reception e chiedere fino a che ora intendessero continuare con quel baccano. Comunque la camera era abbastanza comoda e pulita, ma lo stile dell'albergo non è proprio da 4 stelle. Discreta la colazione al mattino. Buono il cappuccino. Le brioche, un po' secche, erano molto distanti dai croissant, caldi, morbidi e fragranti, che avremmo voluto mangiare.

Soggiorno piacevole, personale cortese e molto disponibile. Stanze pulite, colazione molto generosa. La posizione può sembrare decentrata rispetto al centro abitato se si è sprovvisti di auto propria. In estate si può tornare per usufruire della piscina e dei servizi benessere. Consiglio al 100%
